Description
The residence Le Acacie is located in the rather quiet but well-developed district of Bibione Pineda on the Adriatic coast and borders directly on a Mediterranean forest. There are various restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. The beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach is just a few minutes' walk away and offers entertainment for young and old as well as playgrounds and various water sports facilities. A large promenade for evening strolls can be found in the centre of Bibione. The residence has two pools, which invite both young and old to splash and linger together. The accommodations are all equipped with air conditioning and heating, allowing you to enjoy a family holiday at any time of year. The residence also has a communal washing machine and tumble dryer for your laundry.
The beautiful 2-room flat Bilo B5 offers space for a maximum of 5 people (including babies). The flat is located on the first floor and is easily accessible by lift. The accommodation has one bedroom, which is furnished with both a double and a single bed. If required, the double sofa bed in the combined living and dining area offers two more sleeping options. The well-equipped kitchenette is also located in the living area and is equipped with a gas hob, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, microwave, filter coffee machine and a fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a washbasin, a shower, a bidet, a WC and a hairdryer. The spacious balcony, furnished with table and chairs, invites you to relax and linger together while the children let off steam in the pool. SAT-TV, air conditioning, heating, a safe and a first set of bed linen and towels are also included in the rental price. A parking space in the underground car park is also included. Of course, a baby cot can also be rented if required (please reserve when booking). From May to September, the rental price includes a sun lounger, a deckchair and a parasol on the beach. Travelling time from Ital. Border approx. 4h. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 18.05.-06.09.2024 the arrival and departure day is Saturday or Sunday (minimum stay 7 nights). In the remaining period, the minimum stay is 5 nights. Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach of Bibione Pineda is just a few minutes' walk from the residence and is easily accessible via a footpath through the Mediterranean forest. From May to September, the rental price includes a sun lounger, deckchair and parasol on the beach. Enjoy unforgettable moments on the beach with your family. While you relax in the sun or dive into the refreshing sea water, your children can let off steam on the beach and make new friends. Paved access paths to the shoreline and sunshades guarantee access to the beach with pushchairs and wheelchairs.
POOL
The residence has both an adult pool and a children's pool where the whole family can cool off and enjoy a day by the pool together. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge around the pool.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The sandy beach slopes gently into the sea and is within easy walking distance, making it ideal for families. Bibione offers families many playgrounds and children's activities on the beach. Or how about a bike tour? In Bibione, you can also explore the surrounding area on two wheels, thanks to the fantastic cycle paths. If you need a travel cot for your child, you can hire one on site. A high chair is provided free of charge.
LEISURE AND SPORT
Whether windsurfing, kayaking, beach volleyball or aquagym in the sea, Bibione offers countless activities. In addition to the pleasantly warm water, the thermal baths also offer various spa treatments. In the evening you can enjoy the nightlife of Bibione. Various concerts with live music are held in the squares in the centre. A walk along the moonlit beach provides romantic holiday moments. There are several discos with different styles of music for night owls.
SHOPPING
You will find various shopping facilities within walking distance. Not only can you find groceries and everyday items in the immediate vicinity, but you also have various opportunities for a stroll.
CATERING
The well-equipped kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, filter coffee machine, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity, allowing you to cook for yourself. If you don't want to cook yourself, you can visit one of the many restaurants within walking distance and indulge in good Italian cuisine.

LOCATION
The residence is located in the quiet neighbourhood of Bibione, in Bibione Pineda. Here you will find everything you need to spend a relaxing holiday with your family. Various restaurants, shops and the beautiful gently sloping sandy beach are all within easy walking distance.
TOWN AND SURROUNDING AREA
Bibione Pineda is the rearmost part of Bibione where the salt water of the sea meets the fresh water of the lagoon. Bibione Pineda is a true natural paradise and is home to many plants such as rhododendrons, orchids and maritime pines. This part of Bibione got its name not least because of the large maritime pine forest. The streets in this region are also named after various plant and flower species. Those looking for peace and quiet will find beautiful places here that are embedded in nature. But lovers of nightlife and culinary delights are not neglected here either! In the summer months, a shuttle bus offers a transfer service to the centre of Bibione. There you will find various restaurants, discos and live music on the beach promenade. If you are interested in boats, a visit to the Portobaseleghe marina is well worthwhile. If you enjoy travelling by bike or on foot, we recommend exploring the area around Bibione Pineda on the natural roads. Bibione is the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area. If you would like to make a day trip, we recommend the famous art city of Venice. Get into the romantic mood on a gondola ride, stroll through the winding alleyways, cross the Rialto Bridge and visit the Piazza di San Marco and the famous Doge's Palace. If you simply want to switch off and relax, you will find the thermal baths in Bibione itself, where 52-degree water bubbles up from a depth of 500 metres. For those who prefer something wilder, we recommend the Aquasplash theme park in Lignano Sabbiadoro or Gulliverlandia in San Giuliano. The 3000m2 Rio Blu playground in Bibione is also ideal for younger children. Here you will find go-kart tracks, bouncy castles, a swimming pool with boats and much more. Restaurants, bars and discos can be found on every corner in Bibione. Culinary lovers will be spoilt here! Numerous churches, palaces and castles are located around Bibione and are waiting to be discovered by you. You can visit them independently or on a guided tour. Valgrande, the lagoon behind Bibione, is a must-see for nature lovers! Animals, plants and water will inspire you with their absolute and unspoilt beauty!
