This family-friendly accommodation is located in the Villaggio MareBlu residence. It is located on the Mediterranean Sea in Bibione Pineda. The town centre is just a few minutes' walk away. The sea is just a few metres away from the holiday complex, making it ideal for families. The playground and the fantastic heated swimming pool make the residence unique and particularly child-friendly. The heaters in the flats also allow guests to visit during the colder months of the year. The residence has a free coin-operated washing machine. Have you forgotten something at home? No problem! You will find various shops in the immediate vicinity. WiFi and an underground car park are available in the complex.
The 60 square metre Trilocale D 5+2 offers space for a maximum of 7 people. It is spread over 2 floors and has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed as well as a room with two single beds. The sofa bed in the living room can sleep two more if required. The flat has a well-equipped kitchenette with cooker, crockery, cutlery, saucepans, kettle, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment. The living room has a satellite TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, washbasin, bidet and hairdryer. The flat also has a separate WC with washbasin. The covered terrace on the ground floor, with fireplace, dining table and small private garden with two sun loungers, invites you to relax in comfort while the children let off steam in the playground or by the pool. There are also two covered balconies on the first floor. A car park and a safe are included. Air conditioning is available. A baby cot can be hired from reception if required, and a high chair or pushchair are available free of charge. In 2024, the price also includes a parasol, a deckchair and a sun lounger by the sea. Travelling time from the Italian border approx. 4 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 29.06.-20.09.2024 the arrival and departure days are Friday, Saturday and Wednesday (minimum stay 7 nights). In the period from 1 June to 28 June 2024, the minimum stay is 5 nights (daily arrival possible). In the period from 18 May to 31 May 2024, the arrival and departure days are Friday and Saturday (minimum stay 7 nights). In the remaining period, the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The residence is just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful, wide sandy beach. The price in 2024 also includes a parasol, a deckchair and a sun lounger by the sea. Playgrounds and many other activities await young and old on the beach. Showers, beach kiosks, sports facilities and plenty of entertainment for all ages underline the excellent offer of this holiday resort on the Adriatic. For 22 years, Bibione and its beach have been awarded the Blue Flag, a distinction that recognises not only quality and comfort but also environmental protection and safety for bathers. At Bibione Spiaggia, guests have WiFi, playgrounds and sports fields at their disposal.
POOL
A fantastic heated pool with sunbathing area and loungers is available to holiday guests free of charge. There is an extra lower section for children, which is separated from the main pool.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The residence is perfect for families with small children. It has a pool and is just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beaches of Bibione. There are playgrounds on the beach and entertainment is provided all day in high season. The centre of Bibione Pineda is just a few minutes' walk away. Bibione has many shopping facilities and is very popular for strolling around in the evening or enjoying a good ice cream.
LEISURE AND SPORT
Bibione is a town where a lot of emphasis is placed on sports facilities. You can enjoy water sports on the beaches. It also has beautiful cycling and walking paths. If you would like to hire a bike, you can do so near the residence.
SHOPPING
The centre and shopping facilities are just a few minutes' walk from the residence. If you only need something small, you can also shop in the nearby mini-market.
CATERING
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, filter coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. If you prefer to eat in a restaurant, Bibione offers plenty of choice.

LOCATION
The residence is located directly on the sandy beach and is therefore ideal for families with small children. It is right next to the centre of Bibione Pineda.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Bibione Pineda is the furthest part of Bibione where the salt water of the sea meets the fresh water of the lagoon. Bibione Pineda is a true natural paradise and is home to many plants such as rhododendrons, orchids and maritime pines. This part of Bibione got its name not least because of the large maritime pine forest. The streets in this region are also named after various plant and flower species. Those looking for peace and quiet will find beautiful places here that are embedded in nature. But lovers of nightlife and culinary delights are not neglected here either! In the summer months, a shuttle bus offers a transfer service to the centre of Bibione. There you will find various restaurants, discos and live music on the beach promenade. If you are interested in boats, a visit to the Portobaseleghe marina is well worthwhile. If you enjoy travelling by bike or on foot, we recommend exploring the area around Bibione Pineda on the natural roads. Nearby Bibione is the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area. If you would like to take a day trip, we recommend the famous art city of Venice. Get into the romantic mood on a gondola ride, stroll through the winding alleyways, cross the Rialto Bridge and visit the Piazza di San Marco and the famous Doge's Palace. If you simply want to switch off and relax, you will find the thermal baths in Bibione itself, where water at a temperature of 52 degrees gushes out from a depth of 500 metres. For those who prefer something wilder, we recommend the Aquasplash theme park in Lignano Sabbiadoro or Gulliverlandia in San Giuliano. The 3000m2 Rio Blu playground in Bibione is also ideal for younger children. Here you will find go-kart tracks, bouncy castles, a swimming pool with boats and much more. Restaurants, bars and discos can be found on every corner in Bibione. Culinary lovers will be spoilt here! Numerous churches, palaces and castles are located around Bibione and are waiting to be discovered by you. You can visit them independently or on a guided tour. Valgrande, the lagoon behind Bibione, is a must-see for nature lovers! Animals, plants and water will inspire you with their absolute and unspoilt beauty!
