The Holiday home
The villa for sole use is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on a 1000 sqm private property with its own 9 x 4 meter pool. With its green tiles, the pool integrates beautifully into the landscape. Without steps you can walk directly into them. At the pool there are 6 comfortable sun loungers and seating groups ready for you. There is also a barbecue grill and an outside shower
In the villa you will find a well equipped living room with cable TV (German programmes) and flat screen TV, DVD player, internet connection, open fireplace and access to the dining room with a furnished terrace. The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a stove with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker toaster, fridge with freezer and exit to the terrace with gas barbecue.
Also one of the double bedrooms offers an exit to the terrace with beautiful sea views. It has its own bathroom en suite. Another bathroom is ready for you. The second double bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. The bedroom windows are equipped with shutters and fans. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available in an adjoining room outside. The house is protected by an alarm system
There is a billiard table on one of the panorama terraces.
The existing Internet connection (WLAN) can be used free of charge. There are parking spaces for your cars within the property.
