Description
This beautiful comfort villa is situated on a large, secluded private plot in the villa area Balcon al Mar in Javea. The large sandy beach Arenal with its beautiful promenade, numerous shops, restaurants and cosy bars is about 6.5 km away. Smaller bathing bays can be reached in only a few minutes by car. Some restaurants and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity of the house. The private pool, equipped with a Roman staircase for easy access, has a size of 10 x 5 metres, adjacent to a spacious sun terrace, where garden furniture and four sun loungers invite you to relax. There is also a barbecue grill and an outdoor shower. The villa is divided as follows: Cosy living room with exit to the pool area, equipped with SAT-TV with German channels and transition to the spacious dining area with air conditioning and another exit to the furnished shaded terrace. The adjoining, integrated kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, toaster and coffee machine and has another exit to the terrace. Also at pool level, two bedrooms await you, each with air conditioning, fly screens and shutters, each furnished with a king-size bed (mattress width 1.80 m). Two bathrooms are available (one en suite), each equipped with shower, washbasin and toilet. For the cooler season, all rooms have central heating. On the lower floor, with a separate entrance on the side of the house, there is another spacious bedroom with air conditioning, two armchairs and a king-size bed (mattress width 1.80 m), also with fly screens and shutters on the windows, as well as a bathroom en suite with shower, toilet and washbasin. Parking is within the property, with electric access gate. Smoking in the house itself and bringing pets is not allowed. The internet connection can be used free of charge.
