Kitchen with fridge and separate freezer compartment, ceramic hob, convection oven, extractor bonnet, dishwasher, microwave, fully automatic coffee machine, kettle, egg boiler, waffle iron, toaster, Rössle pot set, Fissler pans, crockery, various glasses and cutlery, baking tins, mixer.

Large oak dining table with 5 chairs, not only for eating, but also for playing.
Living room
The living room is directly adjacent to the open-plan kitchen. From here you also have direct access to the garden with covered terrace.
In the living room you will find a 58" LED TV, Blue Ray player, stereo system, spacious L-shaped couch with coffee table and armchair, various books and DVDs, as well as board games.
From the living room, the beautiful solid wooden staircase leads to the upper floor.
Bedroom on the ground floor
The bedroom on the ground floor has a size of approx. 14 sqm, has a 180 x 200 cm solid bed, with adjustable slatted frames, 2 bedside tables, as well as a spacious sliding door wardrobe. In the bedroom you will also find the lockable wall safe. The floor in the bedroom is vinyl flooring. The beds are made upon arrival.
Bathroom ground floor
In the bathroom on the ground floor you will find a shower, WC, washbasin, mirror with LED lighting, washing machine, make-up mirror, hairdryer.
Towels and a doormat are of course provided in the bathroom.
Hallway ground floor
In the hallway you will find a small wardrobe
Storeroom ground floor
In the storage room you will find another wardrobe and a chest of drawers for your shoes, hoover, utensils, iron and ironing board

The bedroom on the upper floor facing the garden has a size of approx. 19 sqm, has a 100 x 200 cm upholstered bed, with adjustable slatted frame, 1 bedside table, as well as a spacious wardrobe, LED TV, small cosy sitting area, play corner.
The floor in the bedroom is vinyl. The bed is made up on arrival.
Bedroom upstairs facing the street
The bedroom on the upper floor facing the street has a size of approx. 21 sqm, has a 200 x 200 cm solid bed, with adjustable slatted frames, 2 bedside tables, as well as a spacious wardrobe, LED TV, small cosy sitting area
Bathroom upstairs
The bathroom on the upper floor is small but nice. Here you will find a shower, WC, washbasin, mirror, vanity mirror, hairdryer. Towels and a doormat are of course available in the bathroom.
The house was completely renovated in spring 2019.

Our holiday home is located in the holiday settlement of Neßmersiel in a cul-de-sac location.
You can charge your car at the house's own wallbox.
The property has a beautiful south-west facing garden.
The garden was completely fenced in April 2023.
You can enjoy the evenings on the terrace with its glass roof.
Neßmersiel is a coastal seaside resort in the heart of the Wadden Sea.

Quasi like at home
Everything was available that made you feel at home.
Everything super cozy and decorated with love. Sofa and beds were great. Kitchen perfectly equipped. Garden wonderful even in the rain.
It was just beautiful.

Top, everything great, gladly again ?
Great facilities, everything is new and modern, quick access to the beach, only a complete enclosure would make the stay even more relaxing, especially for those traveling with a dog, but that is not a big issue.

Erholung pur
We had a wonderful time at Stockentenweg and felt really comfortable. The peace and quiet were just great.
The house is cozy and decorated with taste - we didn't miss anything. Everything was clean, the beds were made, and towels were already provided. The small wooden shed for the bikes was also great. And let's not forget the covered terrace. We often sat here after our bike tours.
Thanks again to the Ockenfels family and all the best.

Great house with excellent amenities
The holiday home is very well and lovingly equipped. We immediately felt at home and didn't miss anything. In the kitchen, we didn't miss anything in the 2 weeks either. The covered terrace is another plus point, in case the weather doesn't play along. The furnishings are of high quality and the beds are very comfortable. A small Edeka with a bakery and various restaurants can be reached on foot in a few minutes, so you can leave the car behind sometimes. The four of us spent two very nice and relaxed weeks in the house and would love to come back again.

PERFECT!!
The third house of the Ockenfels family that we rented. This one is also fantastic! The equipment is perfect down to the smallest detail and decorated with a lot of love and taste. Very clean. We arrived and felt comfortable. Thank you very much, Mrs. Ockenfels!
