Experience a relaxing holiday in our completely newly renovated and designed holiday home. The approx. 75 m² accommodation offers a cosy living area including a sofa bed, 3 bedrooms and a shower room with natural light. Enjoy beautiful moments together in the separate kitchen and dining area with a great view of the garden and a high-quality new fitted kitchen. Furthermore, a modern jetty with its own motorboat (licence-free) is available for private use approx. 200 m from the holiday home. Here you can fish, swim or spend a relaxing day on the water. The property is completely fenced in and offers you plenty of privacy in addition to two parking spaces (carport).

We felt very comfortable.

The house is really clean, everything you need is there.
The garden is absolutely dog-proof fenced.
Only, but not as a criticism, but for your information, the bedrooms are very small,
so if you have limited mobility it's difficult to get into the back bed.
We would definitely come back anytime, even my 88 year old mother felt very well taken care of.
The landlords are very friendly and always available if you have any problems.

We will gladly come back

We spent our vacation in the house together with a friendly family. The distribution of the bedrooms, the large living room, and the separate kitchen area are perfect, so that even with several people, especially in the cold season, you don't get in each other's way. Very good cleanliness, very good equipment, and great location/ surroundings. We were able to relax nicely during many walks and especially distance ourselves from everyday life. We spent lovely evenings at the large dining table, and since you can go directly from the kitchen to the terrace, we combined this with a nice winter barbecue. The property as a whole is very beautiful, and we will definitely come back in the summer to explore the area by boat.

Beautiful house with garden

I was able to spend a nice vacation here with my husband and our dachshund Erwin. We had a pleasant and relaxing stay. We spent a lot of time on the terrace and in the large living room in the evenings. Erwin was able to move freely on the property the whole time as it is completely fenced. My husband used the boat regularly to go fishing. You only walk a short distance here to the property where the jetty is located. However, as it feels like a small complex of bungalows and cottages, this small path is not a problem. Overall, everything was very clean, the house is beautifully bright and well-furnished. The property is well-maintained.
We really enjoyed our stay.

Wunderschöner Urlaub, schönes Haus

We spent our vacation here in the summer. The house is located in a wonderfully quiet location with a beautiful garden directly behind the house. We could relax here beautifully. You can step directly onto the terrace from the kitchen. We also used the associated boat a few times. It is located at a large jetty right next to the landlord. We always combined the excursion with a nice conversation. Otherwise, the location was optimal, we could reach Potsdam and Berlin in a pleasant driving time. The house is equipped with everything you need, everything is clean and tidy. We felt very comfortable here. We highly recommend it.

Nice vacation, great holiday home.

Super nice holiday home. Everything clean, everything you need is there, and the landlords are very nice and immediately on site if you need them. We used the boat daily to explore the area. We were able to relax and unwind. Overall, a great vacation. We will gladly come back.

Goodbye forever

The holiday house is not directly located by the water, one must take a small path to the landlord's place and always go through his property to access the water. The boat rental was crucial for us, but the motors are not in working order - for example, we experienced an engine failure on the water in swimwear and with 2 small children on board, so that the wife and children had to get off and walk back while the men maneuvered the boat back. The landlord was not interested. Furthermore, he came onto our rented property when we were not there and moved a car that was unlocked because he did not like the parking order! Also, there were very high temperatures, and we had a one-year-old child with us, but he did not give us the remote control for the air conditioning, even though we paid for the electricity. His speeding van through the small residential street is also unpopular with the neighbors, who are all very nice, by the way. Our conclusion: Goodbye forever!

Schade, aber eine solche Bewertung war von Ihnen zu erwarten. Es tut uns leid, wenn Sie vorab nicht in der Lage sind, sich die Beschreibung zum Haus genau anzuschauen. Das der Wasserzugang ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt liegt ist entsprechend beschrieben. Das es zu Problemen mit dem Motor am Boot gekommen ist lässt sich ganz simple auf eine unsachgemäße Nutzung zurückführen. Auch ist es immer schwierig, wenn ein 4 PS Motor ein voll besetztes Boot mit mehren stark übergewichtigen Person unter Vollgas über die Havel schippern muss. Auf dem Grundstück ist ein Rollrasen verlegt, das man dort ohne Rücksicht einfach sein Auto rauffährt, obwohl eine großzügiger Parkbereich zur Verfügung steht, zeugt dann eher von einem kleindenkenden Menschen aus dem klassischen Betonbau ohne eine Spur Wissen davon zu haben, was es heißt Außenanlagen zu errichten und zu pflegen. Das Haus verfügt über keine Klimaanlage sondern über eine Luftheizung. Auch hier sparen wie uns eine weitere Bemerkung. Wir freuen uns aber, dass Sie als Grundstücksnutzer keine gute Figur abgeben sich aber an einem üblichen Klatsch und Tratsch der Nachbarschaft schnell beteiligen und ungeprüfte Unwahrheiten schon sehr gut weitertragen können. Wir wünschen allen zukünftigen Vermietern viel Spaß mit Ihnen. Das Haus wurde übrigens in einem sehr fragwürdigen Zustand von Ihnen zurückgelassen.

Great holiday home

Great quietly located holiday home,
great facilities, beautiful rooms and everything very clean as it should be
Ambience is very nice, as well as the surroundings are very beautiful.
There is also a terrace at the house which is very nice with a barbecue for nice evenings.
We are very happy with everything.
