This breathtaking apartment for 4 persons is about 100 m2 in size and is located on the ground floor.
The interior has been fully equipped with every imaginable luxury, comfort and the desirable (kitchen) appliances. In addition to a flat screen (with 8 German channels), a DVD player with over 35 DVDs is also available. WiFi available free of charge.
The apartment has two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with tub, shower and separate toilet. The garden 115 m2 is located on the south side behind and beside the house. You can enjoy the sun all day long. There is also a private car park available. It is possible to store the bikes in a shed. WiFi is free.
In the apartment is a brochure with a large amount of information about activities in the area and the environment.

Location and surroundings of object
Your holiday home is located close to the beach, directly behind the dunes in the village of Groote Keeten. The beach of Groote Keeten is the cleanest and widest beach on the North Sea coast.
The town of Den Helder is within easy reach. Village Callantsoog, 3 km south of Groote Keeten, has all necessary shops, boutiques & restaurants. These are open on Sundays. The village of Julianadorp with its tropical swimming pool 'Hoogduinen' is also nearby. The small town of Schagen is 12 km from the holiday home.
Handover of keys: On the day of arrival you can move into the apartment between and hrs. Please leave the apartment before on the day of departure. Great apartment, super location
We had a great week in this beautiful vacation apartment. The owner welcomed us very nicely and was available for all concerns! The apartment has everything you need and was very clean! The location of the house is optimal - only 5 minutes to the beach! A minimal downside is the soundproofing of the house - there are several tenants there and in this apartment on the ground floor you can hear quite a bit! Especially, the doors slam very loudly! The small garden is fenced in and our dog felt very comfortable there!
We really had a nice time and will definitely come back!

Vakantie
We have now been in this apartment for the 2nd time and it's so nice.
Incredibly clean, you can just move right in with your belongings, while I often still check how clean it is elsewhere. No need to do that here, everything is fresh.
We are already looking forward to next year and will definitely book again.
Super holiday and close to the beach, great with the dogs.
Yes, we will definitely be back.
Upon arrival, you are welcomed by the owner, who tells you where everything is and how everything works. "Very nice is definitely more personal than a reception."

Beautiful flat near the beach
Until yesterday, we were allowed to spend our holiday in this great flat.
From the very first day, we felt very comfortable and wanted for nothing.
