Description

The beaches of Torre del Mar are 17 km away. Benamargosa village, 1.5 km away, offering supermarkets, bars, restaurants, ATMs, hospital. The prices are for the main house for up to 6 people!
In the main house, besides the living area with an adjoining modern kitchen which is fully equipped, there are 3 bedrooms with AC and 2 shower rooms. All beds have slatted frames and good mattresses. The studio can be accessed via an external staircase, has a full bath, a single bed (90x200) and 150x200, accommodating two more people.
Rental of the studio: €50 per night
And €50 for final cleaning
The studio can only be rented for the entire rental period.

The consumption of the air conditioning units is determined by a sub-meter and must be paid on site.
A crib is available, as well as a high chair for children. The outdoor area around the pool is generously designed. There are 8 sun loungers. In the covered area, there is a built-in grill, patio furniture.
From the kitchen, a door leads to a breakfast spot with a large umbrella.
From the roof terrace, one can see as far as Velez Malaga and the sea.
Satellite TV and Internet WLAN are available. Air conditioning units in the bedrooms are available. The access from the main road is 680m and has been completely newly concreted. Four-wheel drive is not required! ! Which is not always common in this region.

Dreamy holiday home in a great location

We were completely satisfied with the holiday home. And as promised: absolute peace. That's exactly what we were looking for and found there. The view was breathtaking, we had a wonderful time there. We would gladly come back.

Wonderful vacation

We felt very comfortable there. The location is simply great: absolutely quiet, no direct neighbors, and a beautiful view of the hilly landscape. You are completely undisturbed there. The kids had fun in the pool. A place to relax. We would love to come back.

Beautiful quiet vacation, great pool.

We were there in July with our 3 children and grandparents.
The house is located alone on a mountain and is therefore incredibly quiet, which we really enjoyed.
The pool is great and the children had a lot of fun; it was cleaned and checked several times during our stay.
The landlords are really very nice and we were always in contact.
The house has everything you need.
In the village, there is a small supermarket where you can get everything. If you want a bit more selection, you have to drive to the next town, about 20 minutes away.
The driveway was a bit adventurous, but that's probably "normal" for Malaga.
After a few days, however, you get used to it.
The covered terrace was great; we sat there every evening and enjoyed the view.
We would come back any time and can highly recommend the house.
