Villa for up to 8 people with large pool.
The house is located in the mountains of the Axarquia with far-reaching views into the hilly location is very quiet and private and all for your own use. The pool is very large by local standards at 4 x 10m.
Malaga airport can be reached in 45 minutes. The beaches of Torre del Mar are 17 km away. The village of Benamargosa, 1,5 km away, offers supermarkets, bars, restaurants, cash machines, hospital.
In the main house, next to the living area with adjoining modern kitchen, which is fully equipped ,3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, All beds have slatted frames and good mattresses . The studio is accessible via an outside staircase, full bath, single bed (90x200) and 150x200. Costs for
Renting the studio : € 50 .-per night
And € 50.- final cleaning
the consumption of the air-conditioning units is determined by an intermediate meter and is to be paid on site.
A cot is available, as well as a children's high chair. The studio is not available for occupancy up to 6 persons!!!
The outdoor area around the pool is spacious. There are 8 sun loungers. In the covered area there is a brick barbecue, patio furniture.
From the kitchen there is a door leading to a breakfast area with a large sunshade.
From the roof terrace you can see as far as Velez Malaga and the sea.
Sat TV and internet WLan are available. Air conditioners in the bedrooms are available. The access from the main road is 680m and has been completely newly concreted. Four-wheel drive is not required!!! Which is not always common in this region.

Dreamlike location
The house is very nice, everything you need is there. The kitchen is well equipped. The property has many exotic plants, the pool is mega beautiful, the view is phenomenal. And what is important to us: peace and quiet. The access road, a bit bumpy in parts, but only 600m, is quickly forgotten when you arrive at this beautiful spot. The supermarket, 1.5km, has everything for daily use, so you don't have to swarm far.
We will be back!

wonderful casa
A woderful family villa and pool. The pool is exceptional, very large. The villa is spacious and homely with a very well equipped kitchen that included an American-size fridge freezer. We ate on the terrace every night and the light valley breeze that cools the terrace is perfect after the heat of the day.
