Family reunion
We were looking for an apartment with 4 bedrooms, each with double beds, which is not easy to find. 9 people and a toddler easily had room to eat together thanks to the side table. Two fridges were there - very important with so many people. We like to cook ourselves. Living room cosy. Room for everyone to play dice and games.
The sauna was a great experience - lovingly thought of everything you need to relax there. The landlady had an open ear for all wishes. Very friendly and uncomplicated
We were missing a wooden spoon. But we would have got it immediately if we had asked for it :)
The house is situated in a beautiful valley, but this limits the property very much. Therefore only a small barbecue area. If you want a holiday home with a garden, you have to look elsewhere. The beautiful surroundings and the hiking trails right next to the house made up for it for us ... Even our family dog was happy. Many thanks for everything, Mrs Lyhs

Family holiday
This accommodation and the surroundings are perfect for a family holiday. The apartment offers everything you need for a holiday. It is spacious and offers perfect space with children.
Despite the weather, we used the barbecue area. The children also enjoyed the holiday, even Halloween they could move from house to house here and dust off some sweets.
There are several hiking possibilities from the accommodation, it is also not far to the Rennsteig starting point. The area is perfect for an active holiday.
But culture is not neglected either. All in all, a successful, relaxing holiday.

The vacation rental is simply great. We were looking for a suitable apartment in Thuringia for our family (8 people) and I am glad to have found this beautiful apartment. Mrs. Lyhs is a nice landlady and you could always talk to her. Especially the sauna is really great and the attic with the sleeping nook... The bread delivery service is also a good idea because the nearest bakery is quite far away! Overall, the house is really top-notch!!!! We will definitely come back!
