Description

Quiet, modern, bright flat of approx. 60 sqm on the upper floor with a wonderful view of the Harlesiel marina and Harlesiel on the east side and on the west side of the dyke directly bordering the property. Completely renovated and newly furnished in October 2018. Own parking space and covered bicycle shed.

Mooring facilities for pleasure craft approx. 50m in front of the property.

Free W-Lan/Alexa.

Bedroom, bathroom with shower and WC (hairdryer). Kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave with grill function, dishwasher, fridge, coffee/tea maker. Living-dining room with TV/DVD. Windows with shutters. Shared laundry room with coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer. Pets allowed, bed linen for rent, towels for rent. Non-smokers (sheltered "smokers' corner" in carport).

Our house Ankerplatz is located at the anchorage in Harlesiel.
On the east side, it is directly adjacent to the marina and the sea lock to the North Sea.
On the west side, our property borders directly on the dyke.

We were (almost) completely satisfied. The nice phone calls, the accommodation regarding our late arrival, and the nice welcome gifts were great. Everything was clean and the view from the balcony of the harbor and the lock was also nice. The beds were a bit too soft for us, but there's nothing more to complain about.

Clean accommodation in a good location. During the day, there may be some noise from departing airplanes. All kitchen appliances are available and of good quality. There is also a toaster that was not mentioned in the description. Definitely recommended.

It couldn't be better.

We spent a week here on our vacation and were pleasantly surprised by a warm East Frisian welcome upon arrival. The location is more than good (bakeries, restaurants just around the corner); the lovely view over the marina and the lock of Harlesiel, the beach is not far either – what more could one want!

The apartment is lovingly furnished; sufficient for 2 people, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

We will definitely come back!

We will definitely come back!

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in the beautiful holiday accommodation at Ankerplatz.
More than enough for 2 people. Very clean and spacious, the apartment invited us to feel comfortable immediately.
The short distances to the bakery, beach, or fish smokehouse are of course great. Even Carolinensiel can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
The beautiful evenings on the small and fine balcony with a view of the Harle and clear view of the starry sky were also a highlight.
Observing the island flyers was also exciting every time. (These are by no means disturbing).
Oh, and you can "get into" the bed (very comfortable) from behind or in the normal way with a little effort from the side. ;-)
All in all, a wonderful vacation - here again a big thank you to Mr. Meyer for the great service on site.

We will definitely come back!

Very nice contact.
Lovingly furnished holiday apartment.
Defective slatted frames were immediately replaced after complaint.
Unfortunately, the mattresses are very worn out, so I had to spend the nights on the couch partially because of my herniated disc.
That was unfortunately a shame.
If the mattresses are still replaced, it is a top address to go on vacation.

There is nothing to complain about the apartment.
The apartment is located directly on the Harle at the sluice harbor. You can admire ship traffic from the balcony at the lock.
It's a two-minute walk to the dike.
Then down to the harbor right away.
Restaurants and bakeries are in the immediate vicinity! Easily reachable on foot.
It's very quiet in the evenings. No through traffic during the day either! All in all, ideal!!!

Very cosy flat in a top location

Very cosy and lovingly furnished flat. Uncomplicated service when booking, even if there is sometimes a delay, everything can be clarified in a relaxed and sympathetic telephone conversation. The kitchen is very well equipped.
We liked the beautiful view and the short distances to the beach and dyke.

On our part, the location of the accommodation is ideal. Quickly at the harbor and the small beach, a slightly longer beautiful walk to Carolinensiel, free parking right by the house. The reception with key handover was also smooth. Very nice is the new balcony with a view of the lock and the marina, from which the runway is also nearby. The planes of the island flyers were not disturbing, and in the surrounding area, you can go for a nice walk, ride a bike, or enjoy beautiful sunsets on the dyke or at the beach in good weather. The attic apartment seems to be newly renovated, has an Asian touch in the living room, the kitchen is functionally equipped, the bathroom is good, the bedroom has a large wardrobe at first glance, and suitcases can be stored well. The bed, as often happens on vacations, is a matter of personal taste. Unfortunately, you can't get into bed from the side, but you have to enter from the foot. The old mattresses and the creaking and squeaking weren't really to our liking, but we still slept quite well. All in all, we were quite satisfied and can recommend this accommodation to couples and singles.

Satisfied all round!

We felt completely comfortable in the flat and didn't miss anything!
It is perfect for two people and we can very well imagine renting it again.

The large windows in the living room, with the new balcony in front of it, let in a lot of light and you have a very nice view of the marina and the barrage with the lock. Unlike other flats, where the view from the balcony is only of the dyke, you always have something to watch even in less inviting weather with a cosy cup of tea.
The "walk-in" wardrobe is a very good solution, finally a flat where suitcases or bags also find their place.
The bakery, harbour and sea are only a few metres away.

We can't remember being looked after so warmly, friendly, comprehensively and straightforwardly by the landlords in other holiday flats. Many thanks for that too!
