Apartment would need little maintenance man (torn net on the window, broken closing cabinets, etc..), But there was all important.

Apart from the residential neighborhoods, refugees, and down-regulation of the electricity supply was not a problem in the apartments.

In the apartment gabs a washing machine, oven and air conditioning (25 € week) everything was not entered in the description. Apartment is newly renovated.
