Description
The accommodation is located in the family-friendly holiday resort Villaggio Turistico Rosapineta Sud. It is located directly on the Adriatic Sea in the small town of Rosolina Mare. The resort offers various advantages for young and old: great pool area, playgrounds, entertainment, mini club, sports and not forgetting a beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach. There are different pools for every age group. The little ones can spend time in the paddling pool, while the adults can make themselves comfortable in the heated massage pool. The great entertainment team and the mini club invite your children into a world of games, music and dancing. If you need to run small errands or wash clothes, you will find everything you need in the resort. WiFi is available free of charge.
Mobilehome C6 offers space for a maximum of 6 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and two children's rooms, each with two single beds. There is a satellite TV in the living room. It has a well-equipped kitchenette with a cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washbasin. The separate toilet has a WC and washbasin. The covered terrace with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool. Air conditioning/heating and a car park are also available free of charge. Barbecues are permitted with charcoal; you can either bring your own barbecue or make use of the four public barbecue areas. Another advantage: the price also includes a parasol and two sun loungers on the beach (2024). Travelling time from the Italian border approx. 4 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 18.05.-07.09.2024 the arrival and departure day is Saturday. In the remaining period, the minimum length of stay is 4 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The holiday complex is located directly on the golden sandy beach, which is very gently sloping and therefore ideal for families with small children. The beach is reserved exclusively for guests. There is plenty of entertainment on the beach! A great playground, sports facilities, entertainment or leisurely swimming. You're sure to find something to suit your taste. Another advantage: the price also includes a parasol and two sun loungers on the beach (2024). Thanks to the wide pavements leading up to the parasols, the beach is also easy to reach with a pushchair.
POOL
Holiday guests have a great pool at their disposal. This has been divided into several areas so that everyone can have fun. There is a children's pool with a water feature, a pool for adults and older children and a heated massage pool. Sun loungers are freely available around the pool area.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
The holiday village is very family-friendly and has several playgrounds and a children's pool. Here your children can play carefree and freely with new friends under the shady pine trees or on the beach. For children aged 3 to 12, the holiday village offers a special mini club with trained entertainers. Together with the motivated entertainment team, sandcastles are built, crafts of various kinds are carried out and there is also a playground. The little ones will have lots of fun with the treasure hunt and the children's disco. There's something for everyone! Would you like to relax and switch off from the stresses of everyday life? The Villaggio Turistico Rosapineta Sud offers you the opportunity to do so in its own wellness centre.
LEISURE AND SPORT
A qualified entertainment team, young and eager to entertain you during your holiday, is there for you every day. From morning gymnastics to gymnastics on the beach and in the pool to sports tournaments such as beach volleyball, beach football, table tennis and singing and dancing, the entertainment team will do everything to make your holiday as entertaining as possible. Evening parties for young and old in a cosy and relaxed atmosphere allow you to make new friends quickly. Dance evenings, cabaret, musicals, parties with fire-eaters and fireworks will make your holiday unforgettable. A bike hire service enables you to go on great bike tours. In the new fitness centre, which is available to guests free of charge, you can continue your fitness programme while on holiday. The centre has equipment to help you escape the stresses of everyday life and keep in shape. Even beginners who want to get to know this type of sport and relaxation will find something for themselves in the fitness centre.
SHOPPING
The holiday park has a small supermarket where you can find everything you need for your holiday. If you would like a larger supermarket, you can find one in Rosolina Mare, which is about five minutes away.
CATERING
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with cooker, crockery, microwave, cutlery, pots and pans and fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. The complex also has two restaurants. If you don't want to cook for yourself, the La Chiesetta restaurant will spoil you with fish and meat dishes as well as a large selection of pizzas. You can of course also book half or full board on site (no pre-booking necessary). If you prefer to eat in your bungalow or at home with friends, you can also order everything to take away.

LOCATION
The holiday village borders directly on the beach and is therefore ideal for families with small children. The town centre of Rosolina Mare is about 5-10 minutes' walk away. Rosolina Mare has a large selection of shops, restaurants and gelaterias. A wide and family-friendly promenade and a park can also be found in the centre. In the evening, you can end the day in a cosy atmosphere by visiting a pub or watching the performances of the numerous street artists.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Rosolina Mare is located around 40 kilometres south of Venice on the beautiful Adriatic coast. Rosolina Mare enchants with its unique landscape, between the sea, the pine forest, the mouth of the Adige river and the Po Delta lagoon. The habitats of the Po Delta are fascinatingly diverse, rich in wildlife and rare plant species. Between valleys, lagoons, dunes and wetlands, you will discover flora and fauna that will make an organised or individual trip to the Po Delta an unforgettable experience. Rosolina Mare also has a large selection of shops, restaurants and gelaterias. The nightlife with pubs and street performers is a cosy way to end the day. A wide, family-friendly promenade and a park can also be found in the centre. A plethora of cultural events are organised during the holiday season, while fans of sea excursions can also go mackerel fishing. Rosolina Mare is also the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area. You can reach famous art cities such as Venice or Padua in a short time. Or visit the picturesque fishing town of Chioggia, just half an hour away. It is not called Little Venice for nothing. The palaces and canals with their many bridges are reminiscent of Venice. However, the lifestyle in Chioggia is much more leisurely. The botanical garden in the idyllic fishing village of Porto Caleri at the tip of the peninsula is also well worth a visit. For those who prefer a day full of fun, we recommend a day trip to the Mirabilandia/Mirabeach amusement and water park (similar to Europapark plus swimming fun!!!) in Ravenna.
