Description
The brick-built bungalow is located in a very family-friendly and well-kept holiday village directly adjacent to the beach and not far from the centre (500m) of Rosolina Mare. In addition to the pool area and paddling pool, holiday guests have free access to the entertainment programme, mini club, fitness centre, whirlpool/massage pool and WiFi access. The flats are equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV. As this holiday village is directly adjacent to the beach/sea, it is particularly popular with families with children. The pool with sea view, playgrounds, entertainment/miniclub, restaurant with international cuisine and the many sports facilities as well as the wide and light, gently sloping sandy beach make this holiday village the ideal holiday destination.
The simply and functionally furnished 2-room double bungalow (2 units make one house) with approx. 30m2, a double room, a sleeping alcove with bunk bed and a living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette with microwave, bathroom with shower/WC, air conditioning, satellite TV. The covered seating area with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool. The rental price also includes 2 sun loungers and 1 parasol (permanently allocated for you) on the beach (as of 2024). Travelling time from ital. Border approx. 4h, barbecue allowed. Note If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 25.05.-06.09.2024 the arrival and departure day is Saturday (minimum stay is 7 nights). In the remaining period, the minimum stay is 4 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The holiday complex has its own private beach which is directly adjacent to the holiday village and is only accessible to guests of the complex. The rental price also includes 2 sunbeds and 1 parasol (permanently allocated for you) on the beach (as of 2024). You can also hire additional deckchairs and sunloungers on the beach. The entire beach area is supervised by lifeguards, who are available at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of guests. At around 150 metres, the fine sandy beach is one of the widest on the Adriatic coast. The seabed is very shallow, making it ideal for families with children.
POOL
Our freshwater swimming pool is located directly on the beach with a sea view! There we have a large swimming pool for adults and a separate children's pool. You also have the opportunity to relax in our whirlpool. For sun worshippers there is a large sunbathing area with parasols and sun loungers at your disposal.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
The holiday village is very family-friendly and has playgrounds and children's paddling pools. All equipment is safe and TÜV approved. Here, your children can play carefree and freely under the pine trees or on the beach, together with new friends of all nationalities, because the language of the little ones is universal when playing. And everyone gets carried away, adults included. All the entertainers are young, trained and keen to entertain you with their programme during your holiday. Here are some examples of possible activities: Morning gymnastics, gymnastics on the beach and in the swimming pool, games (tournaments such as beach volleyball, beach soccer, boccia, swimming, table tennis, darts, games without limits), singing and dancing. And then of course various parties, dance evenings, cabaret, musicals, dance school and much more. And for children aged 4 to 12 we offer a special mini club with specially trained entertainers - with the motto: Everything just for the little ones.
LEISURE AND SPORT
A qualified entertainment team, young and with the desire to entertain you during your holiday, are there for you every day. From morning gymnastics to gymnastics on the beach and in the swimming pool to sports tournaments such as beach volleyball, beach soccer, boccia, swimming, table tennis, darts, games without limits, singing and dancing, they do everything to make your holiday as entertaining as possible. Evening parties for young and old in a cosy and relaxed atmosphere will help you to make new friends quickly. Dance evenings, cabaret, musicals, parties with fire-eaters and fireworks are all designed to make your stay in the holiday village one to remember. You will be spoilt with this and much more here. And for the little ones from 3 to 12 years of age, there is a miniclub, which takes care of the children all day long under qualified supervision so that they never get bored. And that's relaxation for you too... In the fitness studio you are invited to continue your fitness programme even on holiday. It has the latest equipment to help you escape the stresses of everyday life and stay in shape. Also for beginners who want to get to know this type of sport and relaxation.

CATERING
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and pans. Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity. Of course you can also make use of the half or full board at favourable conditions. You are welcome to book this on site (advance booking is not necessary). Hospitality, many years of experience, service, and then of course the local specialities, especially fish specialities excellently prepared and served, give it a try. It has also put together special offers and special menus for guests of the holiday resort. And for all lovers of the original Italian pizza, there is a large selection of this typical Italian tradition. If you prefer to eat in your bungalow or at home with friends, you can also take it all away.

One pet (small size, max. 20kg) is allowed on request.
SPECIALS
There is the possibility to do your laundry in the complex. For this purpose there is a coin-operated launderette available 24 hours a day. Internet point and free WIFI.

LOCATION
The holiday village borders directly on the beach, making it ideal for families with small children. The holiday village is located on the edge of Rosolina Mare and is directly connected to the beach. The town centre is around 5-10 minutes' walk away. Rosolina Mare has a large selection of shopping facilities, restaurants, gelaterias and nightlife with pubs and street artists, making it a cosy place to end the day. A wide and family-friendly promenade, green area and park can also be found in the centre.
TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
Rosolina Mare is located around 40 kilometres south of Venice on the beautiful Adriatic coast. Rosolina Mare enchants with its unique landscape, between the sea, the pine forest, the mouth of the Adige river and the Po Delta lagoon. The habitats of the Po Delta are fascinatingly diverse, rich in wildlife and rare plant species. Between valleys, lagoons, dunes and wetlands, you will discover flora and fauna that will make an organised or individual trip to the Po Delta an unforgettable experience. Rosolina Mare also has a large selection of shops, restaurants and gelaterias. The nightlife with pubs and street performers is a cosy way to end the day. A wide, family-friendly promenade and a park can also be found in the centre. A plethora of cultural events are organised during the holiday season, while fans of sea excursions can also go mackerel fishing. Rosolina Mare is also the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area. You can reach famous art cities such as Venice or Padua in a short time. Or visit the picturesque fishing town of Chioggia, just half an hour away. It is not called Little Venice for nothing. The palaces and canals with their many bridges are reminiscent of Venice. However, the lifestyle in Chioggia is much more leisurely. The botanical garden in the idyllic fishing village of Porto Caleri at the tip of the peninsula is also well worth a visit. For those who prefer a day full of fun, we recommend a day trip to the Mirabilandia/Mirabeach amusement and water park (similar to Europapark plus swimming fun!!!) in Ravenna.
