Albarella. Die Villa befindet sich auf einem offenen Gartengrundstück mit Wiese und Bäumen. Der Vermieter wohnt nicht im Haus oder auf dem Grundstück. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über eine Nebenstrasse. Parkplatz (für 2 Pkws) auf der Strasse vor dem Haus.

Klimaanlage, Zentralheizung. Gitterbett, Internetzugang (WLAN), Safe und Waschmaschine. Fernsehempfang erfolgt via Satellit.
Zu Ihrer Sicherheit ist die Unterkunft ausgestattet mit CO2-Melder und Feuerlöscher.

The swimming hall in the sports centre (1 Olympic swimming pool, 1 children's pool, 2 small pools) is open, open from: 13.05.23 - 10.09.23 (depending on the weather). The sports centre is located 1-3 kilometres from the houses. The houses are spread across the entire island.

Generally, the first swim by bike takes a maximum of 10 minutes.

The entrance to your villa is on the ground floor, is step-free and leads via the terrace directly into the eat-in kitchen with doors to all rooms. The villa could be a semi-detached house. The photos of the house are for illustration purposes only.
Ground floor: Living room with seating area, TV and access to the terrace (shared with living/bedroom). Bedroom with 1 double bed, (suitable for under 3 years), 1 cot and ON REQUEST a 7th person can be accommodated at a price of €15.00 per night (payable on site). Kitchenette in the living room with gas hob (4 burners), oven, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment) and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds and (it could be 1 bedroom with 2 single beds or with a bunk bed). Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in the property.
