Description
This family-friendly accommodation is located in the Rosapineta holiday complex in Rosolina Mare. The holiday village is located directly by the sea and has a private beach. The holiday complex is surrounded by greenery at the far end of the Po Delta Park, near Chioggia and Pomposa. The holiday complex borders directly on the sea and is therefore ideal for families. The holiday complex has an adult pool, children's pool with water slide, mini club/entertainment for children and an entertainment programme for adults. The resort also has a playground, restaurants, bars, supermarket, fitness centre, tennis court, football, bowls, mini golf, bowling, clay pigeon shooting, bicycle hire and a bazaar. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holiday guests. Wifi is available. A day trip to the Mirabilandia/Mirabeach amusement and water park (similar to Europapark plus swimming fun!!!) in Ravenna is ideal for those who just want to have fun.
The Happy Plus accommodation offers space for 7 people. The mobile home is equipped with three bedrooms. One with a double bed (190 x 140 cm) and two with 2 single beds (190 x 70 cm). There is sleeping accommodation for an additional person in the living room. The Mobilehome Happy Plus has a living room and an open-plan kitchen with a 4-burner gas hob, extractor bonnet, fridge and freezer compartment. An Italian espresso pot is available. The mobile home has a bathroom with shower and washbasin as well as a separate WC. All rooms have power sockets and all bedroom windows have mosquito nets. The semi-covered wooden terrace with table, chairs, 2 loungers/chairs and an electric barbecue invites you to relax while the children let off steam in the playground. Air conditioning and travel cots/high chairs (for a fee) are available (book at least one week before arrival). Half or full board can also be booked on site on request. The car park is included. Please note: If you require more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 29.06.-06.09.2024 the arrival and departure day is Saturday. In the period from 18 May to 28 June 2024, the minimum length of stay is 7 nights (daily arrival possible). In the remaining period, the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The sandy beach directly adjacent to the holiday complex has both a private beach with sun loungers and parasols and a large open beach. The beach is gently sloping and therefore suitable for families and children. Guests can enjoy a wide range of water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, canoeing and pedal boating. There is also a beach volleyball court on the beach. This makes the beach the ideal place to relax and sunbathe, build a sandcastle or take part in one of the many sports activities. The beach bar is open from morning to evening and offers you the opportunity to enjoy a refreshing drink or a light snack. Lifeguards ensure safety on the beach throughout the day.
POOL
The two pool complexes are both located directly opposite the sea and offer guests swimming pools for adults and children as well as a water slide for children in one pool complex. A whirlpool guarantees complete relaxation for adult guests. Large sunbathing areas with loungers are available for relaxation. The pools are located on terraces in a slightly elevated position so that you can enjoy the view of the sea.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
During the summer months of June-August, a group of experienced entertainers will liven up your stay in a gentle way. The entertainment team offers entertainment with competitions, games, dancing and various events. Let them surprise you! There is entertainment for all ages. There is a miniclub for children aged 4 to 9 (and a junior club for older children in high season). Your children will have lots of fun and the opportunity to make lots of new friends. A playground is also available. Travel cots/high chairs are available (for a fee) (please reserve when booking).
LEISURE AND SPORT
Those who want to keep fit on holiday are spoilt for choice: aquagym, gym, tennis, football, soccer, beach volleyball, basketball, table tennis, clay pigeon shooting or boccia. There is also a bowling alley and a beautiful mini-golf course. Windsurfing, sailing boats, pedalos and canoes can be hired on the beach. Bicycle hire is also available. After the evening show, the entertainment team offers music and dancing.
SHOPPING
The holiday complex has a grocery shop where you will find fresh food and a large selection of everyday items. There are also several shops where you can buy newspapers, toys, tobacco products and clothes.
CATERING
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. If you don't want to cook for yourself every day, you can treat yourself to culinary delights in one of the restaurants. If you would prefer to make use of half or full board, you are welcome to book this on site (no pre-booking necessary). The centre of Rosolina Mare, where you can indulge in culinary delights, is just a few minutes' walk away.
PETS
One pet of max. 35 kg is welcome upon notification at the time of booking. The tenant is obliged to pay a deposit of 120 euros if a dog is brought along. If everything is in order on departure, the tenant will be refunded 100 euros of the deposit and 20 euros will be retained for extra cleaning.
SPECIAL
The final cleaning is to be done by the tenant. Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are provided. The accommodation will be inspected to ensure cleanliness. Any complaints will be charged at Euro 40. If required, highchairs and travel cots must be ordered at the time of booking (for a fee as specified in the additional costs) or must be booked at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).

LOCATION
The holiday village borders directly on the beach and is therefore ideal for families with small children. The centre of Rosolina Mare, which is perfect for strolling or shopping, is just a few minutes' walk away.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Rosolina Mare is located around 40 kilometres south of Venice on the beautiful Adriatic coast. Rosolina Mare enchants with its unique landscape, between sea, pine forest, the mouth of the river Adige and the lagoon of the Po Delta. The habitats of the Po Delta are fascinatingly diverse, rich in wildlife and rare plant species. Between valleys, lagoons, dunes and wetlands, you will discover flora and fauna that will make an organised or individual trip to the Po Delta an unforgettable experience. Rosolina Mare also has a large selection of shops, restaurants and gelaterias. The nightlife with pubs and street performers is a cosy way to end the day. A wide, family-friendly promenade and a park can also be found in the centre. A plethora of cultural events are organised during the holiday season, while fans of sea excursions can also go mackerel fishing. Rosolina Mare is also the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area. You can reach famous art cities such as Venice or Padua in a short time. Or visit the picturesque fishing town of Chioggia, just half an hour away. It is not called Little Venice for nothing. The palaces and canals with their many bridges are reminiscent of Venice. However, the lifestyle in Chioggia is much more leisurely. The botanical garden in the idyllic fishing village of Porto Caleri at the tip of the peninsula is also well worth a visit. If you prefer a day full of fun, we recommend a day trip to the Mirabilandia/Mirabeach amusement and water park (similar to Europapark plus swimming fun!!!) in Ravenna.
