Description

The detached holiday home, built in 1991 and renovated in 2021, is modernly furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet location. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, garden furniture and a Hollywood swing.

Location
Harkány. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.
. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property. We provide our guests with a parking card that allows free parking throughout the Harkány area.
We have the right to use the card found in the park in Harkány.

Special
Air conditioning, electric heating, underfloor heating. Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and tumble dryer. TV reception via antenna, satellite. MinDig Tv free channels Astra holds free channels.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.

The entrance to your holiday home is on the ground floor, is at ground level, and leads directly into the living kitchen.
Ground floor: Living room with TV and access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture). Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchen with electric stove (ceramic hob, 2 plates), refrigerator (120 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and tumble dryer. Bathroom with shower and 1 washbasin. Separate WC with toilet.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, and window.

House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in the property.
Please observe quiet hours, especially from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: babycot, air conditioning, parking place, safe, electricity, water, bed linen, sunloungers, Wi‑Fi (WLAN), baby cot (please order at booking) (under 3 years).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): final cleaning obligatory 31,30 € per object per stay.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: local tax by local tariff. On request: heating 3 € per object per day.
