Description
The standig individually holiday home, built in 1991 and renovated in 2021 is modern furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet location. For sole use are available: sun lounger, grill possibility, garden furniture and hollywood swing.
Location
Harkány. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm, closed garden plot, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.
The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property. We provide our guests with a parking card, which allows free parking throughout the Harkány area.
We have the right to use the map that can be found in the park in Harkany.

Ground floor: Living room with TV and access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture). Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchen with electric stove (ceramic hob, 2 plates), fridge (120 l, icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and dryer. Bathroom with shower and 1 sink. Separate toilet with WC.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and access to the balcony (together with bedroom). Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and window.
Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: air conditioning, parking place, safe, electricity, water, bed linen, sunloungers, Wireless Internet access, baby cot (please order at booking) (under 3 years).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): final cleaning obligatory 32 € per object per stay.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: local tax by local tariff.
