Your car is parked right in front of the house in the large, free parking lot. In the well-kept garden behind the house, and not visible to everyone, a refreshing shower under the solar shower is very pleasant.
With the 2 bicycles provided free of charge, you can quickly reach the bakery, the shopping center, or the spa on the well-developed bike path.
The holiday home is intended exclusively for non-smokers and guests without pets.

The holiday home "Rosentraum" is located in the well-known spa town of Harkány, in a quiet, well-maintained environment of the holiday home development.
* About 150m from the house you reach the bicycle path and the spa and sports park.
Turning right on the bicycle path, you ride to the red wine area around Villany, about 30 km away - passing the castle in Siklòs and many quaint wine cellars. Turning left, after about 5 km, you reach the spa town of Harkány. 10km near the Croatian border with the natural park of the border river Drava, which can be explored by boat tours.
*At about 350m, a bakery and the supermarket "Spar" offer everyday goods.
*At about 450m, there is a bus stop for lines to Pécs, Budapest via the villages, and more.
By the way, all EU retirees from age 65 travel for free on buses and trains in Hungary with a valid ID.
*At about 750m is the main entrance to the thermal spa. The thermal, medicinal, and adventure pool is very well-known for its thermal water with healing effects on the musculoskeletal system and skin.
*In about 850m, you are in the town center with cafes, ice cream parlors, restaurants, beauty salons, hairdressers, dentists, and other service providers.
On foot, or with the bicycles from the house. Everything super quick to reach!!

*PÉCS about 25km north of Harkany = county seat of Baranya. Pécs (formerly known as Fünfkirchen) with approx. 140,000 inhabitants is a university city for human and dental medicine in German and English. Attractions include the Zsolnay Porcelain Museum, its churches, the Mediterranean pedestrian zone, the TV tower, and the zoo on the Mecsek Mountains.
*Villany approx. 25km east. There you will find rustic wine cellars where the delicious, drinkable red wine can be tasted.

A dream
We spent 2 weeks in this beautifully furnished holiday home in a quiet holiday home settlement. Small but fine. Everything is there for a comfortable stay. Super equipped, nothing was missing. We really enjoyed the relaxing hours on the covered terrace at any time of day. If it got too hot, there was even a garden shower to cool off. Short distances for shopping, dining out, and to the thermal baths. Also the handling (key handover etc. ) and the contact with the very nice and helpful hosts is noteworthy. This is not a given. All in all, a thoroughly successful vacation. We would love to come back.

Wonderful vacation home
A new, very clean, and perfectly equipped house. We missed nothing. Everything as shown in the photos.
The location is within walking distance to the spa, good shopping options, restaurants in the village, and in Pecs the world's best ice cream parlor.
The hosts were easily reachable for us and fulfilled all our wishes.
The price-performance ratio is right.
