Our modern and cosily furnished, new holiday flat is 75 m² in size and suitable for 2-6 people. Additional persons on request.
Baby equipment is provided on request. Babysitting services are also available by arrangement.

The Ulseß holiday flat is located in Hägerau, a district of Steeg, in a very quiet location away from the road. The local or ski bus is only 3 minutes away on foot. In the immediate vicinity of the house flows the wild river Lech, which gives its name to the Lechtal Nature Park. The natural stream bed and the soothing sound of the water invite you to romantic barbecue evenings or simply to relax. Steeg/Hägerau has about 800 inhabitants and is located at the end of the Lechtal, surrounded by the Lechtal and Allgäu Alps. You will find a grocery shop, the new indoor swimming pool with slide "Aqua Nova" and some summers (from the beginning of June to mid-October) you will get the "Lechtal Aktiv Card" included. This includes the following offers:The hiking bus between Weißenbach and Lech.
The following mountain railways: Lechtaler Bergbahn in Bach, Steffisalp-Express in Warth and the Rüfikopfbahn, Oberlechbahn and Schlegelkopfbahn in Lech.
The tennis courts in Elbigenalp/Bach, Stanzach and Holzgau.
The outdoor swimming pools in Elbigenalp/Bach and Häselgehr (extra charge per person € 1,--).
In the indoor swimming pool Aqua Nova in Steeg 25% reduction (indoor pool with slide!).
And many other discounts (The hiking bus is only a 3-minute walk from us. This takes you to numerous starting points for wonderful walks, easy hikes and challenging mountain tours.
The wild river Lech, which gives its name to the Lechtal Nature Park, flows past in the immediate vicinity of the house. The natural stream bed and the soothing sound of the water invite you to romantic barbecue evenings or simply to relax.
On the approx. 40 km long field and cycle path, which runs almost directly past the house, you can enjoy the idyllic mountain world all around you and go on extensive bike tours.
Riding lessons and rides can be booked at the Hotel Post in Steeg (1 km). In Bach, 10 km away, you can admire the Lech Valley from above (paragliding, hang-gliding from the Jöchelspitze) and in Häselgehr (20 km), rafting and canoeing are offered for the adventurous Winter, the 50 km long Lech Valley cross-country ski trail passes right in front of the house, next to which there is also a trail for pedestrians. In Steeg, snow conditions permitting, there is a free ibre for skiers there is a choice between the Lechtaler Bergbahn in Bach (Jöchelspitze) and the Warth-Schröcken ski area. The Warth-Schröcken ski area on the Arlberg has 14 lifts with which you can enjoy the 56 kilometres of pistes and is, compared to its size, the most modern ski area in Austria. It can be reached in just 10-15 minutes by ski bus. Due to its manageable size, it is ideal for families, but professional skiers also get their money's worth. There is a fairytale land for the little ones.
In addition, Warth-Schröcken is one of the most snow-sure ski resorts in the Alps
