Unobstructed view of the Kaiser Mountains, located directly on the Inntal Cycle Path. UCI cycle race in September 2018 Innsbruck-Tirol region. The landlord speaks English. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property. Parking is covered on request.

This ski area offers 91 ski lifts and over 250 km of slopes, about 120km are snowed artificial The ski bus takes you for free from mid-December to the end of Carnival, to Zahmer Kaiser 4 km - Durchholzen in Walchsee.
