The residence is also popular because of the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet location.

Bad Aussee. The studio is located on an open garden plot with a lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking is available on the street in front of the house.

Living/bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 additional beds on double pull-out couch, TV, DVD player, video, dining area (6 seats) and access to the terrace (6 sqm, 1 table, 4 chairs, 1 sun lounger). American kitchen with TV, electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach exakt der Beschreibung, die Ausstattung (Haushaltsutensilien, Geschirr, Bettwäsche usw.) war überreichlich, es fehlte an nichts. Besondere Erwähnung verdient das im Alpencottage integrierte Hallenbad inkl. Sauna, das man für 2,50 € p.P. benutzen darf - alles sauber und gepflegt - toll.
