The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location. Arzachena. The holiday home is located in a residence, on a garden plot with meadow. The residence is on different levels connected by an elevator. Please note that the apartment can be on the ground floor or upstairs, depending on availability. The residence consists of 3 apartment blocks on different levels, some with sea views. The complex is surrounded by green areas,
with panoramic views of the beautiful archipelago of La Maddalena, Corsica and the green hills. The apartments overlook the gardens, the surrounding hills or the beautiful swimming pool. Baja Sardinia is only 4 km away so the use of a car is recommended. It is known for its white sandy beach and crystal clear sea. The residence is about 1.3 km from Cala dei Ginepri and about
10 km from Porto Cervo, known for its nightclubs and exclusive discos. The access goes via a side road (unpaved). Parking lot on the property.
