Do you also dream of crystal-clear water and a sandy beach surrounded by beautiful nature? Then you've come to the right place! The accommodation is located in the family-friendly Centro Vacanze Isuledda complex in the north-east of Sardinia in Laconia. The resort is located directly by the sea and is surrounded by sandy beaches, which are ideal for families as they are shallow and easy to reach on foot. In the diverse complex you will find: restaurants, sports facilities, playgrounds, entertainment and much more. Further plus points are the washing machines and dryers available in the complex, internet access, shopping facilities and the wonderful wellness centre.
The Baia Comfort mobile home can accommodate a maximum of 5 people (including at least 1 child up to the age of 12). It has a bedroom with a double bed and another room with two single beds. The living room has a cosy dining area with satellite TV and an additional sleeping area for one person. The kitchen has been integrated into the living room and has a cooker, pots, crockery, cutlery, coffee machine, kettle and a fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin. The covered seating area with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground. Barbecues are permitted with an electric or gas barbecue, but you must bring your own. If you need a baby cot or high chair, you can reserve this for a small extra charge (please specify when booking). A car park is included. Air conditioning is available and can be activated for an extra charge. Breakfast, half board or full board can also be booked on site on request. Note: If you require more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 20.07.-30.08.2024 the minimum stay is 7 nights (daily arrival and departure possible). In the period from 16 May to 19 July and 31 August to 13 September 2024, the minimum stay is 5 nights (daily arrival and departure possible). During the rest of the year, the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrivals and departures possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The beautiful sandy beaches, which are spread around the holiday complex, are all available to guests. Whether large sandbanks, small bays or smaller sandy beaches, there is something for everyone. The sandy beaches are all shallow and therefore ideal for small children who like to play in the shallow water. Most of the beaches are public and you can relax on the warm sand. For those who love action, there is the opportunity to go sailing, windsurfing or diving.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
Entertainment, playgrounds, fitness centre and much, much more. Variety is the name of the game here! No matter what age, everyone can organise a varied daily schedule. Children, as well as adults, can join the Tessera Club and benefit from various programmes every day: Dances, sports tournaments, ping pong or various entertainment from morning to evening. There is a separate Mini Club for the little ones. Singers, dancers and actors enliven unforgettable evenings that enchant audiences of all ages. During your holiday in Isuledda, the entertainers are always at your disposal.
LEISURE AND SPORT
Muscle toning in the amphitheatre in the morning to get the day off to a good start, aqua aerobics in the magnificent emerald green sea water and aerobics in the amphitheatre in the afternoon: this is how you can enjoy sport even on holiday. For guests who prefer action, there are other options: Windsurfing, diving, fitness centre, football or cycling tours.
SHOPPING
The holiday resort has a supermarket where you will find fresh food and a large selection of everyday items.
CATERING
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity. Of course, you also have the option of eating out in one of the restaurants within the holiday complex. The varied Italian cuisine awaits you. You can of course also make use of the half-board or full-board options at favourable conditions. You are welcome to book these on site (no pre-booking necessary).
PETS
A maximum of two small to medium-sized pets are allowed and must be registered at the time of booking. Final cleaning is obligatory when bringing a pet and must be paid for on site.
SPECIALS
A club card must be purchased on arrival. This costs 1.00 Euro per day and person. Children under the age of 2 do not need to have one. The club card is intended for all entertainment in the holiday complex.

LOCATION
The holiday village is located on the north-east side of the island of Sardinia. The small headland on which the resort is located is 90% surrounded by water, making it a true bathing paradise. The centre of Cannigione is just a few minutes' drive away.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Olbia is the fourth largest city in Sardinia and is one of the most important points in the island's economic network. The region is a meeting place for jetsetters, certainly also thanks to the marina. The famous streets Corso Umberto and Viale Aldo Moro, which invite you to stroll and stroll, are located in the centre of the city and cannot be missed. Fun for the whole family is guaranteed at the Aquadream water park with its many water slides and countless pools for young and old, just a few minutes' drive from the city centre! If you want to savour the region's nightlife, there are plenty of bars and discos. Countless restaurants serving traditional Sardinian cuisine will enchant you with their seafood, flavoursome meat and delicious antipasti. Wine lovers won't miss out either: many wineries offer wine tastings and guide you through the vineyards. Other Sardinian specialities such as the wafer-thin flatbread Pane Carasau, homemade cheese recipes, salsicce or the liqueur Mirto can be found in the speciality shops scattered throughout the region. Every Saturday between 8 am and 2 pm there is a weekly market in Via Antonio Sangallo in Olbia. There you will find food, herbs, handicrafts and household goods. If you prefer to go during the week, the market is held on Tuesdays in Piazza Crispi. Are you looking for a shopping centre? No problem! The Auchan is located at the north exit towards Costa Smeralda. There is also a fashion outlet next to the exit road heading north. San Teodoro, a former fishing village, is now one of the most popular tourist centres in the Olbia region. If you like hiking, we recommend that you take a closer look at the nature around San Teodoro. The fauna and flora in this area has a lot to offer! Flamingos, wild cats or golden eagles can be spotted here with a bit of luck. But beautiful waterfalls and yew forests also attract many hikers. The Olbia-Tempio region offers countless hiking trails in all kinds of areas. The beautiful La Maddalena National Park can be reached by a short boat trip and should definitely be visited. You can find starfish, crabs, corals and even dolphins in the marine blue waters! Beautiful beach bays invite you to relax and enjoy. Films, information boards and guided walks can be found in one of the two small museums on the island. You can use these to explore countless cycle paths, for example through the Capo Figari Nature Park. There you will find everything from hidden bays to naval bases to make the hearts of hiking and nature lovers beat faster. If you visit Sardinia in spring, you won't be able to swim in the sea yet, but you will find countless herbs, flowers and shrubs. Sardinia is known for its many herbs and medicinal plants such as: Rosemary, thyme, sage and lavender.
