Description

The holiday apartment is located in a semi-detached house, was renovated in 2017, and is modernly furnished. The sunny location at the edge of the forest also makes the domicile popular. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sun umbrella, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. Bicycle storage possible, smokehouse.

Gingst. The holiday apartment is located on a 4000 sqm enclosed garden property with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartment RUE NOW 001 (5 people) and the studio RUE NOW 002 (2 people) are located in the attic of the residential house. +++Dog must be kept on a leash on the property+++

In Gingst and the surrounding area, you can visit churches, manor houses, farms and markets; sail, surf, fish, ride horses, cycle; observe cranes and wild geese in spring and autumn. In summer: Bodden 5 km in Ummanz (beach with meadow and sand). Golf in Karnitz 20 km. Baltic Sea with sandy beach in Binz 25 km, Störtebeker Festival from end of June to beginning of September in Ralswiek 12 km.

Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living kitchen with dining area (5 seats), electric stove (4 burners), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, and window.

We felt very comfortable in our apartment, there was simply nothing missing. From Gingst all the destinations can be reached very quickly and for a short walk with dog it was not far to the Bodden. Simply top and we book again!
