Description
Built in 1997 and renovated in 2004, the holiday home is a semi-detached house, furnished in a modern and functional style. The domicile is popular also because of its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard. Storage space for e-bikes.
Location
Zirkow, district of Dalkvitz. The holiday home is located on a 2500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. There are 2 properties on the plot: RUE MON 009 (4 people) and RUE MON 010 (5 people). The garden is available for shared use. The house is located in the small district on the main road, only 7 km from the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. The area is exempt from visitor's tax. Access is directly from the main road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Living room (walk-through room) with 1 extra bed on couch/sofa, sitting area, TV, radio and access to the terrace (garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs, parasol). Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. Kitchen (walk-through room) with dining area (4 seats), electric stove (4 hobs), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and window.

We have stayed in this beautiful accommodation several times and are always satisfied. Very nice and friendly landlords. Everything is spotlessly clean. You can sit comfortably on the terrace and enjoy the island air.
