I need to vent, the apartment was terrible! Dirty, broken toilet seat, terrible (dirty) toilet brush. Mattresses a disaster, constantly feeling springs in the ribs. Terrace/sun umbrella completely broken, grill - oh my, can't even touch it with tongs. Honestly, it's shameless to take money for something like this. When we were leaving, we were asked about payment and how we should do it, even though we had already paid through the rental portal and handed the rental voucher to the landlady upon arrival. It's not right to ask such a question. Landlords should check the account beforehand. Nonetheless, the landlords were friendly, but that was the only nice thing about the accommodation.
