The villa, built in 2018 is modern and luxury furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the sunny location. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Valbandon. The villa is located on a 500 sqm, closed garden plot, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Semi-detached house The access goes via a side road. Parking lot (for 4 cars).

air conditioner. Facilities: internet access (WLAN), iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (heatable, 4,5 m x 8 m, depth 1,5 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from mid of May to the end of September.

Living room with 2 extra beds on couch/sofa, TV, safe, dining area and access to the balcony access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture, parasol). 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer. 3 bathrooms each with shower, 1 sink and WC. Separate toilet with 1 sink and WC.

We had a wonderful holiday.
The hosts Kristina was very friendly and tried very hard. Also her restaurant next to the house we can highly recommend.
