Bathroom with with shower facility, washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC and window.

Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay. local tax.
Costs on the spot: On request: air conditioning 5 € per object per day. washing machine 10 € per stage of washing programme based on usage.
