The standig individually holiday home, built in 1908 and renovated in 2011 is in the typical country style furnished. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, garden shower, grill possibility and garden furniture. Football on a small field, private garden, bicycle parking

Pula. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm, closed plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years of age. The access goes via a side road. Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.
