The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 1985, was renovated in 1992, and is furnished in the typical local style. The accommodation is also popular because of the view from the property overlooking the sea. Available for shared use are: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facility, and garden furniture. Shared garden.

Pula. The holiday flat is located on a 1200 sqm enclosed property. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to end of September 6 m x 4 m 1.5 m deep).
