The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the sunny location at the water. Medulin. The holiday apartement is located on a 490 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car).

air conditioner. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite. Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years of age.
