The standig individually villa, built in 1960 and renovated in 2010 is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the sunny location. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Medulin. The villa is located on a 800 sqm, closed garden plot with bushes, limited by a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Semi-detached house The access goes via a side road. Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property.
