The standig individually holiday home, built in 2002 and renovated in 2007 is functional furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the sunny location. For sole use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, sandpit, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture. The carport can be used as a covered terrace.

Klein Kedingshagen. The holiday home is located on a 1200 sqm, open garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. The house is located on a corner plot between main and secondary road The access goes via a side road. Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: central heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.

Kitchen (walk-through room) with dining area (4 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 2 plates), extractor hood, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and Small oven to bake bun is available. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window.
Top floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom (walk-through room) with 1 double bed. Separate toilet with 1 sink and WC.

Included in the price: baby cot, high chair, parking place, electricity, water, heating, Wireless Internet access.
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 30 € per object per stay. hand towels to bring along. On request: bed linen 5 € per person per stay.

For city dwellers, the quiet seclusion is particularly relaxing. And Stralsund with 8km only a stone's throw away. We were self-sufficient and could eat at home, if it was comfortable or even dine out.
