The detached holiday home, built in 2002 and renovated in 2007, is functionally furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to its sunny location. Available for exclusive use: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, sandpit, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. The carport can be used as a covered terrace.
Location
Klein Kedingshagen. The holiday home is located on a 1200 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. The house is situated on a corner plot between a main road and a side street. Access is via a side street. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Shopping 1500 m, restaurant 1200 m. Stralsund: indoor swimming pool, sauna, nightclub each 2.5 km. Railway station 7 km. Children’s playground 150 m. Rostock 72 km. In summer: Strelasund 3 km in Stralsund (beach with lawn and sand). Fishing, boat mooring each 7 km in Barhöft. Stralsund: tennis 2.5 km and horse riding 6.1 km. Störtebeker Festival in Ralswiek on the island of Rügen from the end of June to the beginning of September 40 km.

The entrance to your holiday home is at ground level and leads directly into the hallway with a cloakroom. The attic is accessible via a spiral staircase (space-saving staircase).
Ground floor: Living room with seating area, TV, radio and CD player. Kitchen (walk-through room) with dining area (4 seats), electric cooker (ceramic hob, 2 rings), extractor hood, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and small oven for reheating bread rolls is available. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
Attic: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom (walk-through room) with 1 double bed. Separate WC with 1 washbasin and WC.

The holding of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted in the property.

Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 40 € per object per stay. hand towels to bring along. On request: bed linen 5 € per person per stay.

It was fantastic again! The surroundings and especially the nature are really beautiful. We stayed here two years ago and liked it so much that we had our holiday here again this time. The cottage is great and the landlords are so friendly! We will definitely spend our holidays here again.
