Description
The holiday apartment is functionally furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for use: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. Please reserve a travel cot and high chair when booking. By arrangement on site: fishing, smoking, tractor driving, quail eggs from our own breeding.

Fuhlendorf. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed garden plot with a lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The holiday apartment is in a separate building in the attic, with the garage on the ground floor. There are chickens, ducks, and cats on the property. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational year-round 5 m x 8 m 1.5 m deep). Pool is only usable in summer.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is located on the top floor and leads directly into the living kitchen via an external staircase. Living kitchen (walk-through room) with seating area, TV, radio, and DVD player. Bedroom with 3 single beds. Kitchenette in the living kitchen with dining area (4 seats), electric stove (2 plates), extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, and toilet.

Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
