Description
The holiday flat is located in a house built in 2001, was renovated in 2025 and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property onto the garden and its quiet, sunny location on the edge of the forest. Available for use: sun umbrella, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Please reserve a travel cot and high chair when booking. By arrangement on site: fishing and smoking fish, tractor rides, quail eggs from our own breeding.
Location
Fuhlendorf, district of Gutglück, Wiesenweg 25. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The holiday flat is located in a separate building in the attic; the garage is on the ground floor. There are chickens, ducks and cats on the property. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational year-round 5 m x 8 m 1.5 m deep). Pool is only usable in summer.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is located on the top floor and leads directly into the living kitchen via an external staircase. Living kitchen (walk-through room) with seating area, TV, radio, and DVD player. Bedroom with 3 single beds. Kitchenette in the living kitchen with dining area (4 seats), electric stove (2 plates), extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, and toilet.

Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
