The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building, was renovated in 2018, and is modernly furnished. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property over the lake and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the forest. For shared use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture.

Pur, district Doss di Pur, 680 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed garden property with a meadow, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a field or forest path (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 1 car) in a carport and on the property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.

The agency staff were very nice, deficiencies (not an outside lantern worked) were fixed on the date of the complaint. It was a very quiet environment.
