The holiday apartment is modern and practically furnished. The property is located in a residence on the outskirts of the town. The residence is also popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet, sunny location. Available for use: sun umbrella, sun lounger, children’s playground, garden shower, terrace, garden furniture and lift. Access to the pool and the use of sun umbrellas and sun loungers is permitted up to the capacity of the sun terrace.
Additional daily cleaning on request in the apartments is not possible.

Pietra Ligure. The holiday flat is located in a residence, on an enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The property in Pietra Ligure is a residence and offers spacious and well-equipped flats. It is located 800 m from the sea / free, communal private beach of Pietra Ligure and about 1 km from the centre in a quiet area. It features a reception, a small library, a fitness room, a bar, a children’s playground, two swimming pools (open from the end of May to mid-September each year), table tennis, a furnished terrace, a private outdoor car park (one space per flat), a bicycle room, a garage and a laundry room. Ground-floor flat. The residence has a garden with palms, shrubs, plants and flowers. The flat is on the ground floor, is very bright and overlooks the swimming pool. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking on the property. The garage must be reserved as spaces are limited.
Special
Air conditioning, central heating (gas). The heating is intended for winter only. Children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (WiFi), telephone, safe, iron and washing machine. TV reception via antenna, satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with an alarm system, smoke detector, and fire extinguisher. Regional health guidelines are observed.
Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from late May to mid-September, 6 m x 12 m, 1.90 m deep). Paddling pool. The residence has 2 private swimming pools: one for adults and one for children, which can only be used alternately by the guests of the residence. They are open every day at specific times. They are closed during the lunch break and in the evening. They are open from 9:00 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 19:00. Swimming caps must be worn in the pool. Access is possible until the last space is taken.
Access to the pool and the use of parasols and sun loungers is permitted up to the capacity limit of the sunbathing lawn. OPEN FROM 24 MAY TO 20 SEPTEMBER 2026.
Leisure
1 bicycle. In the complex: gym, table tennis and bike rental.
Dogs
not allowed.

Shopping 400 m (in winter 400 m), restaurant 800 m, town centre 950 m. The nearest public transport stop is 800 m away. Train station in Pietra Ligure 800 m. A large Lidl supermarket is 350/400 metres from the accommodation. In summer: Swimming opportunity 800 m in Pietra Ligure (beach 800 m in Pietra Ligure with sand). Tennis, diving, boat hire, marina each 2.5 km in Loano.

Bedroom with 1 extra bed on couch/sofa and air conditioning. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living room with TV, air conditioning, gas hob (4 flames), (1 hotplate), fridge (freezer compartment) and microwave. Bathroom with bathtub with shower facility, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer, window and Appartamento si trova al piano terra o al primo piano con vista sulla piscina anteriore.
