Description
The holiday home, built in 2014 and renovated in 2023 is a semi-detached house and in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, climbing frame, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture.
Location
Friedland, district Kummerow. The holiday home is located on a open plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. As a landlord, we are pleased to be able to offer our guests a second, equally large and similarly furnished holiday apartment in the "Spreeblick" holiday home from April 2023 - our "Seerose" apartment.
We wish you a pleasant and relaxing stay! Cottage near the water, view from the property to the Spree. Whether relaxing holidays, family vacations or active sports holidays, the Lower Lusatia and the Spreewald offer a good mix of everything. Kummerow can be the starting point for cyclists, boaters, fishermen, hikers and all nature lovers. The comfortable holiday home is located in the center of Kummerow amid the idyllic nature reserve Spreewiesen on the Spree. The access goes directly from the main road. Parking lot on the property.

Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen with electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and radio. Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and radio. Storeroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped, which surprised us very much. Everything was sparkling clean, the landlord was incredibly nice and helpful.
