The holiday apartment is located in a semi-detached house, built in 1986, renovated in 2021 and is luxury furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. Location
Kamp-Bornhofen, 125 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 1250 sqm, open garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The apartment is barrier-free. For bookings up to 2 people is only one bedroom available, more can be booked on site. The owner LAT EMS 002 (5 persons), LAT EMS 003 (6 persons) and LAT EMS 004 (3 persons) are located in the same building. Centrally located between Koblenz and Rudesheim you can from us from visiting the many interesting sites and activities.
Direct from the house, you can hike the Rheinsteig.
The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property and a parking lot in the village (distance 500 m). Per apartment we reserve for you 1 parking space, more free parking facilities are in place.

For each apartment one parking space in the courtyard is reserved The hallway is tiled and has a small ramp so wheelchair users can move freely around the apartment. Entrance door (160 wide). On request is related with Allergy references. Living room (11 sqm) with sitting area, TV, radio, stereo system, DVD and CD. Bedroom (21 sqm) with 1 double bed, sitting area and TV. Bedroom (19 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 crib, sitting area, TV and safe. Kitchen (13 sqm, walk-through room) with dining area (4 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and washing machine. Hallway (12 sqm). 2 bathrooms each (7 sqm) with shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window.
