The holiday apartment is located in a semi-detached house, built in 1938, renovated in 2019 and is rustic furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. For sole common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and hollywood swing. E-charging station 11 Kw / h (type 2 plug) with charging card
Location
Kamp-Bornhofen, 125 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 1250 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The owner LAT EMS 002 (5 persons), LAT EMS 003 (6 persons) and LAT EMS 004 (3 persons) are located in the same building. For bookings up to 2 people is only one bedroom available, more can be booked on site. Centrally located between Koblenz and Rudesheim, enough to visit many interesting sites and activities.
From the house you can hike equal to the Rheinsteig. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property and a parking lot in the village (distance 500 m).

Air conditioning / heating: central heating (gas). The living room has a fireplace available. The firewood is free in the usual amounts. Facilities: children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN), iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
