The kitchen has a 4-burner gas stove, a refrigerator, an espresso machine, and a sink. The dining table seats 8 - 10 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin, a bidet, and a toilet. In the cooler season, a cozy fireplace can pleasantly warm body and soul. On the small terrace with sea view, you can wonderfully let your soul dangle, enjoy breakfast, soak up the sun, or enjoy an evening aperitif.
For the winter, but also for spring and autumn, there is a pellet stove with which you can conveniently heat the whole house.

We would like to whet your appetite for a little paradise, for a holiday in the Ligurian olive groves, a picturesque, listed village and a medieval, lovingly renovated and furnished house. It is located on the outskirts of Vasia, about 9 km from the coastal town of Imperia, at just under 400 m above sea level and has a beautiful sea view from the terrace. The village is embedded in hills and mountains with evergreen olive trees. All around you experience only nature, so that you can also make beautiful walks and hikes directly from the house. Vasia is a listed, lively mountain village at the foot of Monte Acquarone (732m and highly recommended as an excursion destination). The village centre is the pleasant church square, where there is some parking for Vasia's guests, as well as the bus stop.
Below the church square, on the main road from Imperia to Pantasina, you can reach the grocery shop, which offers fresh bread and rolls, tasty sausages, ham, cheese and other daily necessities. In the village you will also find a post office. The village is the starting point for beautiful walks and hikes into the surrounding countryside. Perhaps you too will experience silence, serenity, the beauty of nature and the loving design of the village here.

Accommodation okay, landlord not!
First of all, I do not recommend this property because of the landlord, as we have not received our deposit back despite written promises. Anyone who wants to be annoyed after the vacation and has money to spare will surely be well served with this property.
The location is about 7-9 km from Imperia and characterized by narrow alleys and very dense construction. Quite pretty and quaint in itself. Parking is only possible in certain places, and one should be fit to walk, even if the distances are not so great that they cannot be managed. Shopping is better done in Imperia where there are various supermarkets, as the drive to the beach passes by them.
The house is clean, the ground floor is rather cool and dark, a small nice terrace on the upper floor with a bedroom. Everything necessary is available. However, the information was missing beforehand that there is a refrigerator but no freezer, or that it is present but has no lid. Thus, the high-quality meat we brought ended up in the trash, as we could only consume a small part. Such information would have been important beforehand. It is pointed out when booking that the neighbors' need for peace should be respected, but it turned out to be extremely soundproof, so we rather received every, but also every noise and every dialogue too clearly and were disturbed. In the high season, everyone must know for themselves how well they find that. Originally, we wanted to take our animals with us, but we refrained from doing so for everyone's sake, as it is certainly manageable with small and calm animals, but not with a large animal or one that reacts to noises.
Beaches are small and almost all require a fee. We found a spot without a fee. Fine sandy beach, wonderful water, but the parking situation is also difficult there.

Sie wissen um die Umstände um Herrn Mittelstädt und haben, trotz meiner Bitte und obwohl Sie die Kaution nachweislich - Sie haben es selbst bestätigt - zurück erhalten haben, Ihre Bewertung nachträglich nicht korrigiert.
Das ist nicht nur bedauerlich, sondern zeigt einmal mehr, wie sich unsere Gesellschaft zunehmend entwickelt.
Egoismus und würdeloses Verhalten wird an den Tag gelegt.
Und Herr Dilek, von einer Möglichkeit etwas zu gefrieren, existiert in unserer Annonce keine Erwähnung. Es ist lediglich ein "Kühlschrank" als Inventar angegeben!
Also schätzen Sie sich glücklich, dass Sie unser defektes Eisfach vorfinden durften, welches im übrigen hervorragend für die Zubereitung von Eiswürfeln funktioniert - ganz ohne Klappe. Bedauerlich ist natürlich Ihr verschwenderisches Verhalten im Umgang mit Lebensmitteln. Denn gut durchgebraten lässt sich Fleisch doch sicher ein paar wenige Tage in dem vorhandenen, tadellos funktionierenden Kühlschrank aufbewahren.
Ich wünsche Ihnen von Herzen, dass Sie für Ihren nächsten Urlaub eine Unterkunft finden, die Ihren Ansprüchen genügt.

In the middle of the village
This is the third time we have spent our holidays in this small holiday home, as it offers absolute peace and quiet.
You should be mobile as the house is not accessible by car.
You can hike and cycle from the front door.
You need a car to reach the sea

vielen Dank für die Bewertung.
Ich muss allerdings teilweise widersprechen. Vom Kirchplatz aus fährt der Bus, Linie 25, drei Mal täglich nach Imperia (Porto Maurizio bzw. Oneglia). Man kann also auch mit dem ÖPNV das Meer erreichen. Wenn man länger "unten" bleiben möchte, empfiehlt sich ein Taxi, Kosten von Porto Maurizio sind rund 20 €.
