Description

The flat consists of a living room, bedroom and dining room and ideally accommodates 2 people. There is also a small kitchen, a bathroom, a hallway and a balcony - very important in summer! The beautifully landscaped lido is only 5 minutes away on foot, as is the golf course in Ascona. It takes only a little longer to reach the harbour promenade with all its shops and restaurants. There are also bakeries and other shops nearby.

This is a flat for people who like to leave their car at home.
The flat also has an outdoor parking space and an indoor swimming pool that is heated all year round.

About the beauty of Ticino or the scenic and recreational opportunities in and around Ascona I want to lose any unnecessary words here. Each guide will do this better. Just this: In Munich I have always appreciated to travel in 4 hours over the Alps in a completely different climate, namely warmer zone, with palm trees and subtropical vegetation, just the Cote d? Azur? Switzerland, and to let the rain far behind the San Bernadino pass. Ascona is situated on Lago Maggiore, is a small cozy place with a very charming old Mediterranean flair. Here, however, also on the waterfront, from which one has a wonderful lake view, there are boutiques, shops, cafes and restaurants that invite you to stroll or relax.
