Description
In the house there are 3 four-bed rooms, 2 two-bed rooms, 1 three-bed room and 1 single room each with hot and cold running water. On the ground floor there is a large living-dining area with TV room (satellite reception), a simple kitchen with electric cooker/oven, common kitchen utensils, refrigerator and dishwasher, as well as a bathroom with 2 showers and 2 toilets. Please bring bed linen and all articles for personal use, bed linen, toilet paper etc
Parking lot in the back of the house.
We do not have WLAN!
We have a free seat. There is a beer table set and a parasol available. In the cellar there is a grill which can be used.
To avoid "collisions" with other guests, the following applies: Arrival: from 4 pm, departure: until 11 am.

Location and surroundings of object
With ski slopes, cross-country ski runs and hiking trails it is actually always season in the Tannheimer Tal. The valley is a well-known attraction for paragliders, mountain bikers, walkers, long-distance runners and anglers. In summer, the Haldensee also entices you to go swimming.
Zöblen is situated at 1088 m above sea level and has about 228 inhabitants.

Ski: Skiing areas for alpine skiing - all small but nice and reachable in a few minutes

Further costs: Visitor's tax (charges to the tourist office in Zöblen) € 1,70 visitor's tax per person and night Additional costs (for electricity, water, heating, garbage fees, taxes of the municipality and tourist office, radio and television): € 32,-- flat rate for additional costs per night Bail: The deposit is 250,00 €. This will be returned after departure and acceptance of the house, about 10-14 days after your stay.
