Description

On the ground floor there is a small bathroom with shower and toilet as well as the spacious kitchen, which is equipped with a fitted kitchen with various electrical appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, oven, cooker with ceramic hob, toaster, egg boiler, hand blender, microwave) as well as crockery, glasses, cutlery and pots in sufficient quantities. A large dining table offers enough space for five people.

There is underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where two separate bedrooms with two beds each (one room with a double bed 200×200 cm and one room with two single beds 90×200 cm) offer enough space for four people.

The holiday home 'Fentje' is equipped with allergy-friendly floor coverings throughout. It is completely newly furnished and has a flat-screen TV with satellite connection, a blue-ray player and a stereo with CD player in the living room. There are external shutters on all windows.

Outside, there is a spacious terrace facing south-east with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol. A separate garden shed and the adjoining side room provide storage space for bicycles and garden furniture. Here you will find a washing machine, a clothes dryer and a clothes horse as well as the heating system (gas central heating with condensing boiler technology).

Two parking spaces are available directly at the holiday home.

The holiday home has been classified with four stars according to the DTV guidelines since March 2019.

Bed linen and towels (1 shower towel, 2 hand towels, 1 flannel per person) as well as kitchen towels are included in the price; no visitor's tax.

Location and surroundings of object

The house, built in typical Fehn style, is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac location in the immediate vicinity of the Aurich bathing lake. It can be reached on foot in approx. 5 minutes via a meadow (approx. 200 m). A large leisure programme is offered directly at the bathing lake.

The city centre of Aurich is approx. 6 km away and the North Sea can be reached by car in about 20 minutes.

additional information about rental price:

The rental prices include electricity, gas and water consumption as well as W-LAN use. One linen package per guest (bed linen, two towels, one shower towel, one flannel) and kitchen towels are included in the price.

Cancellation terms:

  • You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
