Description

The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house and is functional furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny hillside location.

Location
Rabac. The holiday apartement is located on a open garden plot with flowers and bushes. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The owner KVA RAC 075 and KVA RAC 082 (each for 4 persons) and KVA RAC 084 (8 persons) are located in the same building. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: air conditioner. TV reception takes place via satellite.

Dogs
allowed, EUR 15.00/pet per day.

The entrance in your holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor and leads over an internal staircase. Dining room with dining area. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Living/bedroom with 1 additional bed on sitting area, TV and access to the balcony (12 sqm, covered, garden furniture). Kitchen with gas stove (3 flames), electric stove (1 plate), oven, extractor hood, fridge (icebox) and coffee machine. 3 bathrooms each with shower, 1 sink and WC.


Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: air conditioning (06.07.24-24.08.24), parking place, electricity, water, final cleaning, Bed linen (weekly change).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): local tax.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: registration fee 4 € per person per stay. On request: heating 5 € per object per day (16.03.24-26.10.24).
Deposit: EUR 200,-/object.

Great holiday-thanks to great accommodation

Pros: large, very clean, lovingly furnished flat, landlord very nice, great view, large balcony, price, restaurants and promenade within walking distance (lots of steps, but ok for us)

Cons: a little more crockery and sharp knives (but we got by with that too)

recommend for: holiday with children

Where the Fe was very clean and nicely furnished, the kitchen is somewhat sporadic equipped with dishes, a couple of large glasses and cutlery something more would change this already. The price is great for the equipment. Were u linen towels are changed after a week as promised, Adria was great, it was 40 C with only very hot, but for my daughter it was the best holiday ever, she said :-). We would like to go back to Rabac.
