The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods from the property and the sunny hillside location at the edge of the woods. Bribir. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers and bushes. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot on the street in front of the house.

Outdoor pool (3 m x 7 m, depth 1,4 m, for sole use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the end of October.

1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, 1 additional bed on folding bed (only suitable for children under the year of 10) and TV. Kitchen with dining area (6 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window.
