Our house:
In addition to our highlights such as the Finnish sauna for four people with relaxation area and the sun balcony, as well as the heated, approx. 24 sqm and approx. 1.5 m deep, seasonal outdoor pool with solar shower, which is open around the clock for our guests, you will find a wonderful place to feel good and relax on the beautiful terrace with covered lounge area.
In our diversely equipped Barista café bar, you can prepare an aromatic coffee specialty of your choice at any time.
If you decide not to go to a restaurant, you will find everything your heart desires in the spacious, open kitchen to prepare delicious meals. The large gas grill with side burner is also ready for culinary challenges.
Whether you want to enjoy your meals at the beautiful, handcrafted, rustic oak table in the dining room or outside in the patio area is entirely up to you.
The innovative pavilion lighting and the beautiful terrace stove with Ambilight create a cozy atmosphere and evening ambiance in the patio area. The nights can get long here.
Fortunately, the way to the bedrooms is not far, and our guests can fall into one of the five comfortable double beds or the large, cozy sofa bed with a full-size sleeping area for two people.
Another highlight of our house is the private bathroom in each bedroom. This way, even in a larger group, you can maintain your privacy and avoid annoying queues at the bathrooms.
There is also another bathroom in the sauna area, and in the entrance hall of the house, there is an additional guest WC, where the washing machine is also located.
All bedrooms have shutters and mosquito screens.
The house offers many opportunities to spend time together, whether in the sauna, in the pool, on the terrace, playing darts, or other board games and activities. But you will also find beautiful, quiet retreats throughout our spacious house.
For example, enjoy the sea view with a beautiful sunset from the balcony or immerse yourself in one of your favorite books on the cozy couch while others refresh themselves in the pool.
Entertainment and fun as well as peace and relaxation are guaranteed at "Villa Leca".
The entire house is air-conditioned and, thanks to the particularly thick exterior walls and selected building materials, very well insulated.
Wi-Fi is freely available in the house, and a workspace is also provided.
Two private parking spaces are located right next to the building on the property.
We have equipped "Villa Leca" to be family-friendly and offer various baby equipment for our youngest guests (travel cot, high chair, changing mat, etc.).
Please contact us in advance so we can provide everything you need free of charge.
By arrangement, we also offer the rental of two canoes or a SUP for a small fee.

One advantage is the two private parking spaces located directly next to the accommodation. When arriving, you do not have to drive on narrow, blind, or steep roads, which can be quite common in this area. A challenge even for experienced drivers, which you will be spared with our accommodation! :)

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Leca and felt very comfortable from the first moment. The accommodation is really great, very well maintained and designed with a lot of love. We lacked for nothing and were able to enjoy our vacation to the fullest.
We especially want to highlight the warm and friendly hosts. Communication was straightforward and very pleasant from the beginning – you can really tell that the well-being of their guests is truly important to them. ❤️

Family vacation
A very nice vacation in a spacious house that is very well equipped and maintained. From the pool to the sauna, an air conditioning, functioning Wi-Fi, sufficient dishes including a grill, everything is available.
The beach is about 15 minutes away by car. Away from public beaches, you can also quickly reach very quiet and less visited beaches.
All in all, especially recommended for large families.

Family vacation with dog - simply top our stay in the Villa Leca
We had two wonderful weeks in Villa Leca. The house is very tastefully furnished, super clean, and excellently equipped. Nothing was missing. We especially liked the large refrigerator with ice maker, the coffee bar, the pool, and the cozy pavilion where we spent many evenings together. As passionate sauna-goers, my husband and I also used the sauna, despite the summer temperatures. Simply top! Through the many rooms and retreat options, we as a family with adult children and a dog always had enough space. A highlight for the men was the huge television – ideal, as the World Cup was taking place during our stay. Our dog had perfect conditions thanks to the low steps.
Mona surprised us on the day of arrival with a generous welcome basket: fresh fruit in all variations, sparkling wine, soft drinks, cookies, chips, chocolate, and Croatian sweets. Amazing! She is such a great host, thank you very much again Mona.
The communication with Mona & Chris was always very friendly, quick, and helpful (even before our arrival, which I particularly appreciate). They gave us good tips for restaurants and excursions. In the first week, we had unexpected construction noise in the neighborhood, of which neither we nor the owners were aware beforehand. They reacted immediately and were very fair in terms of pricing. For future guests, it may be important to know that the surroundings can be somewhat livelier depending on the time of day and that the street in front of the house is busier than we had expected. This did not significantly affect our stay overall, but we find it fair to mention it.
We had a very nice time at Villa Leca and can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Beautiful, relaxing short vacation
We (four couples) spent a wonderful extended weekend at Villa Leca.
The house is really absolutely great!
It is equipped with everything one could possibly need. In the kitchen, you will find not only enough dishes but also sharp knives and a versatile selection of kitchen utensils. Cooking in a group is really a lot of fun. Absolute highlights: the large refrigerator with ice maker, the fully automatic coffee machine, and the oversized television!
The entire house is very tastefully furnished and stylishly decorated.
We felt absolutely comfortable and at home here.
In the bedrooms, the mattresses are new and have a pleasant firmness. We slept really well on them.
Great for so many guests is the number of bathrooms.
The heated pool was also great - perfect for early June. No one had to struggle to get in, and everyone had a lot of fun. The sauna was extensively used, really highly recommended.
Regarding the location: The house is situated on a hill in a small village about 7 km from the sea (easily reachable in 10 minutes by car), nestled in the mountains with a great view of the mountains/cliff and the Kvarner Bay. We personally really liked the area. We visited various beaches and explored the surroundings. The hosts were always reachable, very helpful, and super nice. None of our wishes went unfulfilled.
Upon our arrival, there was a full fruit basket, snacks, and drinks, and even a farewell gift upon departure. We have never experienced that anywhere before.
All in all, we had a really great time at Villa Leca, we have nothing to complain about and would come back anytime.
We recommend Villa Leca 100%.

Highly recommended – we were completely thrilled.
We booked Villa Leca with eight people in May 2026, and everything really went smoothly. The villa is beautiful, high-quality, and very modernly furnished – everything feels freshly renovated, extremely clean, and at the same time cozy. You feel comfortable right away.
I would also like to highlight the excellent communication with the caretaker: very quick responses, friendly, proactive, helpful, and perfectly present in just the right measure. That made the stay very pleasant. It was incredibly clean and tidy. Pure comfort.
All eight guests were thrilled – with the comfort, the amenities, the cleanliness, and the good vibes on site. I can wholeheartedly recommend Villa Leca.

Dear future guests, my name is Kresimir Chris and I am a German-Croatian. I was born in Germany, but descend from Croatian parents. My family and I moved to my real home in Croatia a few years ago. It was the right decision, here the clocks still tick differently, especially slower and everything is much less stressful. For the children, it's an almost perfect place to grow up carefree.
