The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet, sunny, and secluded location. This holiday property is a romantic accommodation. Available for use: sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Grižane, district Saftići, 220 m a.s.l. The holiday home is located on a farm, on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Detached house. Fully fenced yard with a high wall, not overlooked. Ideal for anyone seeking absolute peace, a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, with birdsong and the sound of silence. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 25 m). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house. Narrow access road to the parking area in the yard in front of the house. There is also a designated parking space on the property right next to the road, approx. 15 m from the house.

Kitchenette in the living/bedroom (10 sqm, connecting room, not heated) with air conditioning, dining area, electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine and toaster.
1st floor: Bedroom (30 sqm, connecting room) with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, air conditioning, access to the balcony and direct access to the courtyard with pool. Bathroom (6 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 2 washbasins, WC and hairdryer.
