Description
The Kiebitznest is a flat-roofed bungalow located at Dörper Weg 15, which is the road leading from the large car park/Ocean Wave/Kurverwaltung/Seehundaufzuchtstation directly to the dyke/sand beach.
The bungalow is surrounded by a 1.80 m high thuja hedge and has a seating area with a small lawn in front of the house. Garden furniture and two sunbeds belong to the house. At the back there is a lawn which is completely fenced in. The bungalow has a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, stove/oven/microwave and other small appliances such as toaster, coffee maker, kettle, hand mixer.
From the living room you can get to the terrace via a large sliding door (with landing). The bathroom is a shower room, which is functional and spacious. One bedroom is furnished as a master bedroom, in the other two bedrooms the beds are separated (no bunk beds). In the hallway is the fridge and the washing machine. In the back there is a dining room and in the living room there is a sofa set with two armchairs and of course the TV.

Location and surroundings of object
The bungalow is situated, as already mentioned at Dörper way, it is the road from the indoor ocean wave, which leads directly to the dike. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel you can find a good local bakery, a fish snack full of restaurants, shopping and more, you can park your car in front of the bungalow and reach otherwise everything on foot.

Cancellation terms:
It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance. In the case of a lockdown, meaning a ban on accommodations, the booking will be canceled free of charge on my part. If the contractual services are not used, meaning short-term cancellation on your part, the landlord is entitled, according to the provisions of the Hotel and Restaurant Association, to charge 90% of the rental price. Both parties can seek a replacement rental.
