The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, renovated in 1984 and is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a busy environment, in a residential area, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the sunny location.

Baška. The holiday apartement is located on a closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 40 m). Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property.

Kitchen with gas stove, electric stove, fridge (icebox), coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub and WC.
