The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house and is furnished in the typical local style and in a functional manner. The property is also popular because of the view of the sea from the grounds and its quiet location. The following is available for use: barbecue facilities. There is a barbecue in the garden available for shared use.

Vrbnik. The holiday apartment is located on a property with flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a separate entrance. KRK VRB 026 (4 people) and KRK VRB 027 (4 people) are located in the same house. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning. The flat has air conditioning – in the living room. Cot and internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception is via satellite.

not allowed.

Shopping 300 m, restaurant 200 m, town centre 300 m. Railway station in Rijeka 60 km. Doctor, bank each 12 km in Krk. Airport in Omišalj 30 km. Pharmacy in Vrbnik 300 m. In summer: Swimming opportunity 250 m in Vrbnik (beach 250 m in Vrbnik with pebbles, rocks and bathing platforms). Dog beach in Risika 6 km. Diving in Vrbnik 500 m.

The entrance to your holiday flat is on the mezzanine floor. Living/bedroom with 2 extra beds on couch/sofa, seating area, air conditioning, dining area (4 places) and access to the terrace (15 sqm, garden furniture). Bedroom with 1 double bed, TV and access to the terrace (shared with living/bedroom). Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with electric cooker (4 hobs), dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub, toilet and hairdryer.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: babycot, internet access, air conditioning, parking place, tv, electricity, water, barbecue, Bed linen (weekly change), Baby cot (please order when booking), Wi‑Fi (WLAN), hand towels (change every 3 days).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 3,80 € per person per stay. final cleaning obligatory 50 € per object per stay.

View Polish

Perfect location for those not amenable tourist traps. Eastern slope causes the sun have on the terrace until 11:00 and then a pleasant shade for the evening. Recommend
